Natty Bumpercar is a doer of stuff and a maker of things who has been doing stand-up comedy for a million years. He is a clean comic from Coffee-Can Alley, which is somewhere near the New York/New Jersey area. His podcast, the Bumperpodcast, has been around for over a decade and tends to be totally family-friendly, ridiculous, and improvised. Natty hosts the podcast with his pals Aloysius J. Pig, Rufus T. Rufus, Doodle Poodle, Robot, Producer, and many other ne’er-do-wells, scallawags, malcontents, and rascals. Most of the cast are terrible at the "Yes, and..." technique, have less than amazing listening skills, and find themselves constantly denying the situation they are in -- but, they are also great storytellers -- which is nice. One listener reviewed Natty's podcast by saying that it was "... a wet and wild slip and slide for the ears." Which sounds totes amazing to me!
Natty Bumpercar’s cartoons and videos can be found on his website (https://www.nattybumpercar.com) or on YouTube. His webcomics can also be found on his website. He has done voice-over work on radio, been on MTV, on television show pilots, in commercials, in movies, illustrated children's books, started a yogurt business (YumYah), and been escorted out of a Board of Education meeting by the Police who were called to keep him safe after he spoke about kindness and inclusion, and quoted Mister Rogers.
Natty Bumpercar also has a background in improv, performing at the Upright Citizen’s Brigade, the Armory, Broadway Comedy Club, West Side Comedy Club, New York Comedy Club, Greenwich Village Comedy Club, Dangerfield’s Comedy Club, the Creek and the Cave, and at the Peoples Improv Theater in New York City. He has also found himself at various VFW halls, Knights of Columbus halls, Elks Lodges, Community Centers, Recreation Centers, and any other places up and down the eastern seaboard that’ll hire him to both jibber and jabber.
