72. Season 3 is Coming August 11th! Welcome back! Next week officially kicks off Season 3 and to prepare I wanted to give you the inside scoop on what to expect. Inside this announcement episode you'll hear the new intro (I love it - it's so fun!), the theme for Season 3, a sneak peek on series you'll be hearing in September, and other types of interviews, guests, and topics we'll be covering. Thanks for being here. I'm really excited about this next season and can't wait to reconnect with you! Download your quick reference Enneagram guide: https://www.enneagrammba.com/cheatsheet
71. Am I an Enneagram Type 3 or Type 7? The Enneagram Type 3 is known as the Achiever, the Performer, or the Role- Model, striving to feel outstanding, accomplished, and successful. The Enneagram Type 7 is known as the Multi-tasker or the Enthusiast, striving to feel excited, satisfied, and fulfilled. These two types are common "look-alikes" that can get confused by their energetic personalities, future focus, forward moving energy, and positive outlook on life. They both love a good plan, but for different reasons, and both can juggle multiple projects and can get bored easily. There's also some key differences that you'll learn about in this episode, including each type's:effort around focusing motives behind planning relationship with options and limits ability to see a project through core driver behind their job or business If you know of someone else that might be helped by this, please share! The Understanding People Cheat Sheet mentioned at the end can be found here: https://www.enneagrammba.com/cheatsheet
70. Am I an Enneagram Type 1 or Type 5? The Enneagram Type 1 is known as the Improver, the Reformer, or the Perfectionist, striving to feel perfect, good, right, and correct. The Enneagram Type 5 is known as the Expert, the Observer, or the Investigator, striving to feel self-sufficient, capable, and informed. If you're still struggling to narrow down your dominant Enneagram type between these two, this video will give you additional insight into some of the key differences, including how each of them:handles conflictmanages stress makes decisionssets boundaries (or doesn't...)and experiences feelingsIf you know of someone else that might be helped by this, please share with them or directly or on Instagram at: @enneagrammbaThe Understanding People Cheat Sheet mentioned at the end can be found here: https://www.enneagrammba.com/cheatsheet
69. Behind the Scenes of the Enneagram MBA Makeover: Using Your Enneagram Type to Align Your Business or Career Have you been thinking about a change in your career? Or a pull in a new direction with your business? Inside this unofficial Season 2 finale...For the curious, you'll hear about some of the reasoning behind the recent changes to the Enneagram MBA brand - from the colors, to new offers, from a new website, to the social media strategy. And for anyone looking to make changes in their own career, business, or life in general, tune in to hear about the specific pieces of my type (7) and subtype (Social or Navigating) I used to let go of some old ways and more confidently embrace and move forward in a more aligned direction. I hesitate to say "new" or "pivot" because these changes feel more like a natural evolution, but the insight I took into consideration with the Enneagram helping me hold up a mirror, made me more confident about the changes and the timing. Even if we have different Enneagram types and subtypes, the intention for this episode is A) give you insight into the brand and what to expect so you can decide to stick around or not (of course I hope you do!) and B) to further study your own dominant type and subtype to see what clarity and direction they might offer in your own upcoming changes. 68. Am I an Enneagram Type 7 or Type 9? The Enneagram Type 7 is known as the Multi-tasker or the Enthusiast, striving to feel excited, satisfied, and fulfilled. The Enneagram Type 9 is known as the Peacemaker or the Harmonizer, striving to feel peaceful and calm, both internally and with the world around them. They are two of the most optimistic types on the Enneagram, typically choosing to avoid hard feelings and difficult conversations, but for different reasons. Both of these types tend to embellish reality more than the other types, perceiving things better than they really are. But, with those similarities, there are also key differences that you'll hear about in this episode to help you narrow it down between the two, including:the different type of optimism each type expresses how they view interruptions handling distractions their orientation to time getting their needs metIf you know of someone else that might be helped by this, please share! The Understanding People Cheat Sheet mentioned at the end can be found here: https://www.enneagrammba.com/cheatsheet

56. The Difference Between a Type 7 and Type 8 A client of mine had historically thought she was a Type 8, but the more she's learning about the Enneagram the more she's realizing she may actually be a Type 7 with a strong Wing 8. Many of the behaviors of the Type 8 were reflective of her own, but the core motive of a Type 7 was resonating more. At the end of the day, that's what makes a type a type - the core motive and core fear. For a Seven, the core desire is to be satisfied, without emotional pain, and with lots of freedom and choices. For Eights, the core desire is to be strong, powerful, and in control to protect themselves from being vulnerable and taken advantage of in any way. Sevens tend to be the Idealist Optimist with Eights being the Hard-Nosed Realist. Both are in the Assertive Stance along the Type 3 and have that forward-thinking, fast-paced energy. Both have a lot of energy to go after what they want, tend to focus on their individual desires, and both resist limits and control of any kind. How they go about that though is a little different. While Sevens avoid pain and will explain hard situations away or look to escape conflict, Eights accept pain, being more comfortable to confront conflict and difficult situations head on. While Sevens look for variety, Eights tend to look for intensity. Both will rebel, but Sevens with a "soft-rebellion" and Eights with a much more direct rebellion. Sevens value freedom over almost anything else, while Eights value power. Eights are in the Body Center with a strong gut-reaction. Sevens are in the Head Center with a brilliant and quick mind, but will struggle to stay grounded and practical like an Eight. -----Was this helpful? 62. The Difference Between Enneagram Type 2 and Type 9 The confusion between the Type 2 and Type 9 is probably the most common mistyping pair I personally see in my business. There are a lot of similarities between them including being very service-oriented, others first mentality, friendly, optimistic, and because of all of that, they can both sight of their own needs as they're helping everyone else. At the same time, there are some key differences in their inner workings that's important to know if this is a pair you're stuck between. Most Twos, if they were being honest, could admit that they can get almost anyone (that they want - they don't care about being liked by everyone) to like them. While a Nine wants to be liked, their priority is finding harmony, connection, and peace. Nines have a tendency to idealize others and only see the good. Twos have an ability to see others deeply - their hurt, needs, and fragilities - and actually use it to feel closer to others and to feel needed. Most Twos will walk the extra mile for those they care about and help in very practical ways, whereas a Nine is someone you'd go to be comfort and reassurance, but may struggle to provide the practical help you need. Listen in to get more clues into the difference between these two types to help you clarify your dominant type! ---Was this helpful? Let me know  - I always love hearing from you. 60. The Ultimate Leadership Matchup - Am I an Enneagram Type 3 or Type 8? This is the ultimate entrepreneur/leader mashup - Type 3 known as the The Achiever, The Performer, and The Role Model with Type 8 known as The Boss, The Protector, and The Challenger. Both Type 3 and Type 8 have the forward-thinking and fast-paced assertive energy. Listen in to this episode to hear the key differentiators for these two to help you continue to narrow down your dominant type. Quick typing tip:Eights tend to quickly know who they are and most of the time identify with an 8 from the beginning, so if there's confusion between which type is you between these two, know that most of the time (but not always!) it's a Type 3 that's confusing themselves with an 8 vs the other way around.  ---Was this helpful? 58. The Difference Between Enneagram Type 1 and Type 4 "Is it possible that your number changes over the years? I remember being a 1 like five or six years ago, and now I did the test just for fun and I'm a 4 apparently (?)"This was such a great question I got over on Instagram the other day. While these two types on the surface may look very different, there are some very interesting similarities that do make this confusing sometimes. Both are very idealistic, Ones have an ideal version of how the world "should" be and Fours have an idealistic version of themselves. And both deal with the specific feeling of frustration (along with Type 7s) when that ideal version isn't lived up to. Most confusing though can be that when a One is in stress, they move to a Type Four, where they inner critic intensifies and they can slip into more depressed feelings. And then a Four is in growth or feeling secure, it's Arrow is to a One, bringing the needed structure and routine to their ideals and creative projects. Key differences covered in the episode include:1) how they each make decisions 2) their orientation to time 3) how they get their needs met4) how they handle conflict 5) handling the common good vs. personal desires Was this helpful? 54. The Difference Between Type 3 and Type 5 Type 3 is known as The Achiever, The Performer, or The Role Model with a “hustle harder” motto who’s core motive is to be desired and seen as successful. Type 5 is known as The Thinker, The Expert, or The Observer with “I don’t need much, but I need my space” energy and a core driver to be capable, competent and self-sufficient.The confusion between the them is typically for two reasons: They both rely on thinking but for different reasons and they are both a part of the Competency Triad (along with Type 1) where there’s a value on competency and problem solving - “show me the data, don’t give me the drama.”There’s also several key differences that can help you gain additional clues along your typing journey. 43. What's Your Orientation to Time? And How to Use It in Your Marketing, Leadership and Personal Growth When a challenge comes up at work or home do you tend to: A) reflect back on how things went the last time something like this came up, looking to the past to help you determine how to handle this situation ? B) focus in on the problem right in front of you to determine what needs to be done right now, sometimes forgetting that you've overcome challenges like this in the past and that it will eventually sort itself out in the future? C) look to quickly move through the challenge, even if it's not fully resolved, so that you can get to a goal or ideal situation in the future? 41. The Types of Grief No One Talks About with Grief Coach, Olivia Myles, Type 7 I never thought I'd see the words Grief Coach and Type 7 in a sentence together, so when Olivia Myles reached out and told me which type she most identifies with and what she did in her business, I had to hear more about her and her work.  On the Enneagram, Type Sevens are also called The Enthusiast, The Adventurer, and The Optimist. They are known for their glass-is-half-full and rose-colored glasses outlook on life. They bring joy, fun, and energy to any room they walk into. The reason behind a lot this is because deep down, Sevens are running from uncomfortable feelings. You'll find them busy in their business or out for an adventure because sitting still with their own thoughts and what might come up is too much to handle. Their core defense mechanism is reframing so that even when painful or uncomfortable situations do occur, they retell themselves (and others) the story, but with a positive spin on it (#toxicpositivity)..."Well, at least you didn't run over two dogs!" "What are you complaining about? You could be in [fill in the blank with third world country] right now!" "Don't be sad, there's so much else to look forward to!" "They could have stolen double that!"Like any type on the Enneagram, the more self-awareness and intentional personal growth a person pursues, the less like the stereotype they'll look and that's exactly what my guest today has done. In this episode with Grief Recovery Coach, Olivia Myles, you'll hear:her journey of loss and grief of a child after years of living the same day over, how she learned to keep his memory alive without the painwhy the saying, "Time heals all wounds" is untrue and what you actually need to healthe many other types of grief outside of loss of a loved one that most people are have experienced at some point in their livesthe unhealthy expectations our culture has created around grieving and what we should really be doing insteadhow she uses her gifts of a Type 7 in her grief recovery work with clientsFor anyone needing to process grief of any kind - a loss, a move, a career change, a relationship change, etc. Olivia hosts grief recovery groups and works with clients 1:1 to process in a healthy, healing way. 40. Leaving Behind a Good Career to Leave a Mark with a New One with Demetria January, Type 8 “You can’t connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward. So you have to trust that the dots will somehow connect in your future. You have to trust in something – your gut, destiny, life, karma, whatever. This approach has never let me down, and it has made all the difference in my life.” – Steve Jobs When you look back from where you are now to where you've been, do you see how your own dots  are connected? For my guest today on the Enneagram MBA podcast, this couldn't be more true. Now a Licensed Therapist, Demetria January started her career in quality auditing for a large corporation when she started to feel stuck, miserable and controlled. She wasn't sure what she wanted to be doing, but that wasn't it. It took a flyer in the mail and a story her mom reminded her of back from high school for it to click about how good she was at having difficult conversations with boldness and directness, but also with empathy and understanding. As someone who identifies with Type 8 energy, this comes very natural for her and a gift she wasn't able to use in a career that by normal standards was a "good job."  So, despite also valuing stability and certainty, she made a bold decision to bet on herself. She quit her job to go back to school and become a mental health professional where she would better use her natural strengths and gift herself more control of her own time and work (something core to a Type 8), by becoming a therapist, specializing in anxiety and trauma based disorders. If you've ever felt the pull that you were made for more than where you're at now, be sure and listen in to this one and be inspired by Demetria's story and the advice she offers to others thinking of making a big change.    Connect with her on social media: Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/DemetriaJanuaryMentalHealthLinkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/demetria-january-m-ed-lpca-ncc-194b8317a/Catch her podcast: https://podcasts.apple.com/id/podcast/lets-be-clear-with-demi/id1572528064If we're not already connected, say hello as well over at:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/enneagrammba/ Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/sarahlynnwallace/ Looking to uncover your Enneagram type? 39. The Advice You Give, but Don't Take with Dr. Rebekah Tennyson, Type 2w1 Do you find yourself giving great advice and being generous, supportive, and understanding with others? "You did a great job with that! How are you going to celebrate?" "We all have those days. Nothing is wrong with you." "Everyone needs a break. I'm in support of you getting rested." But then when a situation presents itself to apply that same advice to yourself, you don't take it - resting, celebrating, forgiving.  None of that applies to you because you don't deserve it or your situation is so different, right? Our guest today explains why we do this to ourselves and how to think about it a different way, so that we can gift ourselves that same love and care that we so freely give to others. Dr. Rebekah Tennyson is a Clinical Psychologist with a degree in Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge and a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Oxford. 37. Corporate to Camper: Riding into the Unknown with Laura Leaton, Type 2, 3 or 7 Have you ever thought, even just for a minute, what it would be like to live life on the road? Back in 2020, I became obsessed with the idea. Like pretty much everyone, I was ready to shake things up after a year of feeling isolated and trapped during a pandemic. I started dreaming of downsizing, selling my home, and buying an RV! I joined Facebook groups (they even have single mom RV living groups!) and read articles to prep and know what to expect. I was ready to get out there and have nature be my son's education and my therapy. For a lot of reasons, that obviously didn't happen for me, but for my guest today, it did! A year ago, she sold (almost!) everything, bought an RV, and started her unconventional life on the road. Selfishly I wanted to bring her on because I wanted to hear all about it :) But regardless if you also have had the dream of RV life, you're going to get so much from this one because who hasn't had a pull to do something unconventional? To drop the shoulds, of who you should be, or what you should do, or how you should do something? I know that's something anyone listening to this podcast has felt. And at the same time, you've probably also felt the fear of uncertainty and of the unknown to actually go through with your "crazy" idea. In this episode,  executive coach and leadership development trainer, Laura Leaton, shares all about what lead up to that decision, all the fears she faced as you made plans to go through with it, and what she's learned from a year of working and living in a camper van! You'll also hear us talk about her top three Enneagram types - 2, 3 or 7 - and how after a year of intense growth and personal development, the stereotypical tendencies and common behaviors of the types aren't really showing up for her, so you'll hear what to focus on instead. I can't wait for you to hear from Laura inside this interview. After you've had a chance to listen, be sure and connect with her to follow along with her adventure and to let her know what you are taking away from this episode! 36. Leading like a Type 8 Woman with Leadership and Sales Coach, Leslie Lyons Leslie Lyons is a business strategist, sales coach, soul whisperer, and speaker who helps brick-and-mortar bosses sell in a way that comes naturally, find their true leadership style, and build a soul-driven sales strategy. She believes that the two most important things a leader can understand are: 1). How they see themselves and 2) How the world sees them. It's a game changer when it comes to leading a team well.In this episode, Leslie gives us a behind the scenes look into life and entrepreneurship as a Type 8, how her shadows have impacted her leadership growth,  and how each of us can embrace our inner 8 energy to sale and lead with decisiveness, confidence and power. Listen in to hear more insight that will absolutely impact how you show up in your business. 3 Key Takeaways:The Enneagram is best personality test out of all of them if you truly want to experience transformation. To be more powerful we need to connect with our authentic selves and understand what we actually want. 34. What 2021 Taught Me in My Own Enneagram Journey - BONUS I'm hanging out with you in this one bundled up on my back porch reflecting on the past year.  It gets pretty personal and you'll hear some of the most vulnerable things I've been made aware of about some of my blind spots and common tendencies that don't really do me any favors. Some of it I know you'll relate to regardless of what type you are and some of it I don't love and wish I didn't do, but sharing with you so you can:a) see all the insights the Enneagram can bring to you, even when you think you've read all about your type b) know I'm right there with you in my own practice and self-growth journey that not always pretty (rarely is pretty - let's be honest). The 5 parts of the Enneagram you'll hear about are below. Each type has these components and they can be so information in your own journey to your highest self. How my Core Fear shows up in conflict Defense Mechanism - for me it's Rationalization/Positively Reframing Emotional Pattern/Vice - Gluttony (it's not really about eating)Mental Fixation - Planning (always focused on the future)How my Stress Arrow shows upIf you'd like to reflect on the past year and plan for who you want to be and cast a vision for what's possible in your life in 2022, I'm inviting you to learn more about my private coaching  offers ranging from 60 minutes to 6 weeks to 6 months where you'll do just that with your own dedicated Enneagram guide (me! :)). https://www.sarahlynnco.com/privatecoaching
35. Using Your Enneagram Type to Actually Achieve Your 2022 Goals Welcome to 2022! As we talk about goal setting, I like to Rather than focus on focus on who you want to be., more than what you want to do, Once you've gotten some clarification on that part, then  move to identifying and acknowledging the roadblocks that have prevented you from getting there already. The Enneagram can be so helpful because it holds up a mirror so that you can see what you previously may have been unaware of - your blind spots and unconscious thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Based on your Enneagram type, in this episode you'll learn the likely intentions for each type in 2022 that align with their personality and values (vs. what you should want or should do), and then we’ll look at 3 common roadblocks that can get in the way of each type. To learn more about how I can help you identify your aligned intentions and goals for the year and navigate through the roadblocks as they come up, check out the 3 options over at:https://www.sarahlynnco.com/privatecoaching
33. Your Second Most Important Enneagram Type In this episode, you're going to learn about what your Enneagram type looks like in stress and which type it goes to once it's exhausted it's normal copies strategies and defense mechanisms. Knowing more about this type can give you so much more insight and information to your personality and the unconscious ways stress shows up for you. AND when we're not talking about your type, you'll also get invaluable information about how others in your life deal with stress so that you can come to them in those types with more support, understanding and empathy. Plus, I've heard from other typing clients who were stuck between two types that understanding their stress arrow type was the thing that helped them narrow it down and confirm which type they most identified with. Here's a quick cheat sheet to refer back to once you listen to the episode:In times of stress...Type 5 takes on the stress behaviors  of Type 7 Type 6 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 3Type 7 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 1 Type 8 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 5 Type 9 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 6 Type 1 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 4 Type 2 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 8 Type 3 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 9 Type 4 takes on the stress behaviors of Type 2 Was this helpful? Using the 3 Instincts in Your Work: Self-Pres, Sexual, and Social [Enneagram Groups Series] Even if you don't yet know your Enneagram Type, narrowing down your Dominant Instinct can still tell you SO much about yourself (instead of 9, there's just 3 options...but when you overlay it with types that means there's actually 27 Types!)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀And it be a tremendous help in understanding where others are coming from - their values, focus, and natural tendencies (it may seem like they're trying to drive you crazy on purpose, but it's most likely that thing that is such a no brainer to you might not come so naturally for them or even be on their radar).⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Each comes from evolution:> Self Preservation - keeping yourself alive> Sexual/Intimate - keeping the species alive> Social - exists in higher intelligence species, keeping the herd/community alive⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀And in modern society, they still impact how we show up and respond to the world around us.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀There's so much they can tell you, including what type of offers are going to be most aligned with your natural preferences and skills. If there's currently something on your website you're not absolutely stoked to be offering, this might help.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀At the end of the day you're a complex human being, not boxed by any type, but this will give insight into ways to make money that both align with your passions and your skills.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀All 3 are inside of you. Here's how each one plays out:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Dominant:Comes most natural and influences how our Enneagram Number expresses itself.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Secondary:Functions a bit more neutrally.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀Neglected:Falls out of view and requires intentional growth.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀As you move through your self-growth journey all will be integrated and used to be your healthiest and most fulfilled self.Enneagram books, guides, workbooks and resources --> https://www.sarahlynnco.com/resources

2 Styles of Authority Building Content When You Don't Feel Like an Authority Become a go-to resource with these 2 content creation ideas when you're:1)  just starting to build your personal brand and don't yet feel like an authority2) when you're thinking about building up your personal brand, but aren't sure what you'd share at first 3) ...or when you have an established personal brand but are wanting to pivot. The Leader/Expert style gets used the most, and that can keep people from starting. They feel like they have to wait until they are an expert to start sharing, but that's not true. First of all, you probably already know way more than you're giving yourself credit for and are already considered an expert. :)But if that still doesn't feel right, try using one or both  of these other styles that will help build up your authority and create a go-to personal brand for the people who need what you have to offer! ---> As a reminder the Wealth Building Series with my money mentor, Elizabeth Ralph kicks of TODAY (September 7th)! How Your Enneagram Type Might be Blocking Your Wealth with The Spiritual Investor, Elizabeth Ralph, Type 5w4 Income is important but what you do with that income will build wealth or not. Building wealth comes down to leveraging your savings into long-term financial stability. If you earn a six-figure salary but spend it all, then you are not building wealth. Luckily, you can build wealth on any income and this week our guest, Elizabeth Ralph shares how to get started. She's also our first Type 5 guest and I know you will learn so much from her and her experiences regardless if this is your dominant type or not. I'm guessing we all have at least one person in our life with this Type 5 energy, so I think you'll find it interesting and helpful for better understanding them. Elizabeth  is now a money manager and creator of the Financial Story framework that helps entrepreneurs better understand money and how to grow it with a mix of strategy and spirituality. Prior to this she was a financial executive and energy trader so she definitely knows her way around the financial world. She shares some of her story for how she achieved financial freedom within 10 years of deciding to and was able to retire and start her passion project, the GiveGrass Ranch that saves unwanted horses each year from being slaughtered. You'll also get a better understanding of where you might be blocking your own financial freedom as we go type by type and address a specific money blocking belief. I got to go through her Financial Story program earlier this year and got so much from it that I'm going to be joining her in her last launch of the year as an affiliate for the program. If you're at all interested in learning more about why wealth building should take priority over business growth, I'd love for you to come hang out with me and Elizabeth the week of September 7th for a 3-part wealth building series. The series is pure gold and free to you - use the link below to get registered. 16. Sex and the Enneagram, Artist and Author Ann Gadd, Type 9 You are in for a treat to learn from artist, accredited Enneagram practitioner, holistic therapist, journalist, workshop facilitator and author of 36 books, Ann Gadd. Her style has been described as warm, instructive, and non-judgmental and after listening to her break down this topic of sex and relationships based on our Enneagram types, I think you'll agree.
Similar to how the work we do in our business or career spills over into all areas of our life, our sex life (or lack of) can do the same. In this episode Ann shares where each type might be blocking themselves from having a happy and healthy sex life and ideas for how to grow and not just be more satisfied in the bedroom, but in all areas of our life.
This is a jam-packed episode where you'll learn about:

the various "threesomes" of the Enneagram and how to use them to better understand yourself and your partner even if you don't yet know you're type
how to celebrate our partner's difference not just tolerate them
how gender can effect the expression of our type
the most compatible types
an overview of each of the 9 sexual types and what blocks sexual enjoyment
why she included a section on divorcing by type

10. 2 Styles of Authority Building Content When You Don't Feel Like an Authority Become a go-to resource with these 2 content creation ideas when you're:
1) just starting to build your personal brand and don't yet feel like an authority
2) when you're thinking about building up your personal brand, but aren't sure what you'd share at first
3) ...or when you have an established personal brand but are wanting to pivot.
The Leader/Expert style gets used the most, and that can keep people from starting. They feel like they have to wait until they are an expert to start sharing, but that's not true.
First of all, you probably already know way more than you're giving yourself credit for and are already considered an expert. :)
But if that still doesn't feel right, try using one or both of these other styles that will help build up your authority and create a go-to personal brand for the people who need what you have to offer!
