Episode 8 - Don't have sex. Because you will get pregnant. And die. It’s time we had “The Talk”... While the Netflix show Sex Education is beautiful/queer/amazing, unfortunately, the Sex Ed we received in School was severely lacking (and didn’t include Gillian Anderson in a silk robe).

My beautiful and smart sister Emily is back again to provide a scathing critique of the UK’s education system and how it failed us as young bisexuals. In the second half, we come up with some ideas on how to improve things - please note neither of us are qualified to do this. Also - Fuck Margaret Thatcher, it’s time to promote being gay.

Disclaimer: This episode is from the archives and took weeks to put together due to many technical fuck ups. The first half is actuality part of the first TBA episode! The audio is a bit crackly in certain sections because Skype loves to ruin our lives but please bear with us.

Content Warnings/Trigger Warnings:

Bilemma 1: Threesomes, non monogamy, jealousy, sex, and open relationships.
Bilemma 2: Being “straight passing”, misgendering, biphobia, and exclusion in the queer community.
Bilemma 3: Dating/asking out a friend.
Bilemma 4: Having sex while drunk, regretting a sexual experience, virginity, consent, and sex.
Bilemma 5: Discussions of genitals/vulvas/vaginas, sexual health, transphobia, body shaming and sex, HRT, transitioning, body image issues, dysmorphia, bottom surgery, medical interventions, racism, and transphobia in the NHS.

This last question was sent in by a woman about her own relationship to her body/vagina/vulva and the bodies of other women, so there was a focus on women and body image but I definitely want to use more gender neutral language when talking about these issues, and I hope that the discussion was inclusive although we did focus on women.

Half of this episode was recored IRL six weeks ago and the second half was recorded over FaceTime so I apologise if the audio is trash, I have tried my best.

Episode 10 - The Bisexual Dilemma Bonjour Bisexuals!

It's episode 10 🎉🎉🎉 and we're answering your bisexual dilemmas AKA bilemmas even though we are both just as shy, indecisive, and hopelessly romantic as every other queer on the planet.

Episode 9 - Queer Sex Ed 101: Safety First Let’s talk about sex gaybies!

Following on from Episode 8, which was mostly complaints about the state of UK sex education, I thought it would be useful to speak to someone who actually knows what they’re talking about! This week my guest is local dyke and allotment owner Rosie, who works for Yorkshire MESMAC, an LGBT Sexual Health Charity.

Nearly 40 years on from the start of the AIDS crisis in 1981, we discuss HIV awareness, safer sex practices, and how to navigate sexual health screenings as a queer or trans person. In typical Taurus fashion, Rosie has a delightfully wholesome agenda & the tarot segment has a queer makeover!

Trigger Warnings: anxiety, fear of dying, fear of getting on a plane, transphobia, people having guns in America, cheating, bad relationships, Cadi talks about a dream she had where she jumped off a building into a pool and someone died, non-monogamy, trans healthcare, people being homophobic and transphobic at work.

Content Warnings/Trigger Warnings:

Bilemma 1: Threesomes, non monogamy, jealousy, sex, and open relationships.

Bilemma 3: Dating/asking out a friend.

Episode 17 - You chose books. I chose Miss Honey. Miss Honey invented lesbianism and that’s that.

My Matilda (1996) Manifesto has finally arrived. Ms Trunchbull is a dyketastic villain, Matilda is bisexual, Mrs Wormwood said Bimbo rights AND MORE.

Please note: I had my mic on the wrong setting the for the second half of the recording and will be blaming this on Mercury retrograde. Sorry Emily sounds like she’s in a Pringle tube this was not my intention.

Trigger & content Warnings:

Matilda (first half): fatphobia, transphobia, homophobia, stereotypes about butch lesbians and queer women, sexism, abusive families, child abuse.

Agenda (second half): mentions of Chris Brown and Woody Allen (in the context of hating them to their core). Racism and “diversity”.

My guest this week is the delightful, wise, mom-friend extraordinaire Olivia from Episode 2! She's here to bring some much needed Capricorn/future CEO energy to my chaotic good Sagittarius drama.

Send your bilemmas, thoughts and dreams to:
www.instagram.com/thebisexualagendapod/

Find Olivia:
