Example of how focus skills effect us as kids into adulthood. I was following a true crime sleuth earlier and he reminded me of the show "Where in the world is Carmen Sandiego?" Find something uplifting but be particular about it. Importance of finding something uplifting to engage with. Personally I recommend listening to a choir, going to a theater production or seeing a stand-up comedian. I will say be particular and make sure it's not just noise or foul language. Make sure there's quality in it so it will enrich you if you feel broken.
