Looking for a Spring internship and to get some hands-on experience working with an early stage technology startup? Vurbl is delivering an experience that will payout for years to come. We are a venture-backed startup creating the future of online audio. Our Product team’s internship program offers the chance to experience the front lines, working directly with our team and our users as we move into a phase of hyper-growth. Our Product team represents the first point of contact for the majority of Vurbl’s users, and this internship will focus on all aspects of user engagement, retention, advocacy and support.

What’ll you’ll do as a Vurbl Product & Customer Service Intern:

  • Engage with Vurbl users — listeners, creators and partners — on the front lines
  • Learn to assess product problems and identify solutions to fit consumer needs
  • Compile reports on user satisfaction and feedback
  • Maintain and analyze records of user interactions
  • Contribute to the evolution of Vurbl’s FAQ and Training Materials
  • Support Creators through Onboarding, Station Claiming and Growth
  • Learn from industry experts and thought leaders through 
  • Develop experience with Q&A across an enterprise web platform
  • Train on mobile app go-to-market considerations


What we’re looking for:

  • Excellent written communication skills including the ability to effectively interact with a wide range of audiences.
  • Independently motivated self starter with a bias for action
  • Demonstrated analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong interest in the digital, media and technology industries.
  • Familiarity with CRMs not required but welcome.
  • Audio content consumers or creators encouraged to apply


Additional Information

  • At the time of application, candidates must be enrolled in an accredited college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter prior to participation in the internship program
  • Interns must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the program 
  • This is a remote internship. The internship requires a working, reliable internet connection.
  • The approximate dates of this internship are March 2021 through August 2021. 
  • Interns must be available to work a minimum of 8 hours per week for the duration of the internship.
  • This is an unpaid internship.
