Episode 020: Why We’re Better Together

Guest: Carrie Sackett

Founder ZPD Coaching; Life, Career, and Relationship Coach; Somatic Coach

As social creatures, we often create our problems in social groups. So it makes sense that the answer to healing is also in social groups. Listen as coach Carrie Sackett shows how to change our viewpoint from “you against me” to “us against the problem.”

Carrie Sackett works with individuals, couples and groups who are ready to make a serious commitment to personal growth. She has been practicing social therapeutics for 25 years. A passionate advocate for women connecting with their bodies and closing the often physically and emotionally painful mind/body gap, she has recently added somatic coaching to her practice.

Through the years of being a patient in social therapy groups, Carrie experienced the power of taking emotional risks with others in a supportive group environment. In practicing social therapeutics, Carrie has found her calling as a healer of emotional pain by relating to people as creators and builders of their lives.
