Today I’m joined by Emma W. or @em_wizzfit as she’s known on Instagram. Growing up Emma played all kinds of sports (think soccer, AFL, basketball and AFL), but this came to a sudden end with not one, but two knee reconstructions. It was during this time that Emma found the gym, strength training and a growing passion for powerlifting, but it also coincided with something else: the development of an eating disorder.
