How does someone go from prison to holding the world record for fastest knockout? Today Stephynie is sitting down with Frank “The Legend” Shamrock is a retired MMA fighter, entrepreneur, motivational speaker and philanthropist. He was the first person to ever hold the UFC Middleweight Championship and was named “Fighter of the Decade” for the 1990s.
During his childhood, Frank was faced with emotional trauma when his step dad physically and emotionally abused him. His anger and pain led him down a dangerous road, becoming a ward of the State of California at the age of 12 and a prison inmate at 18.
Frank was able to turn that incredibly difficult obstacle into a hugely successful opportunity by becoming an undefeated UFC Champion and an absolute fighting legend!
