conscious rest, whether it's in the form of restorative yoga or massage, either receiving a massage from someone else or doing ball rolling. Where you rolling or eye roll on hollow balls to massage my body. Those practices have become an integral part of my daily life, and very often it's just five minutes. Like I mentioned to you as we're getting started. I just squeezed in a two minute yoga practice before we started talking. And it makes a huge difference to just stretch and breathe and come back to a place of calm, inward focus, even if it's just for a couple of minutes. S o e Think that's you know where we can keep talking and sharing these ideas around how we implement rest into our lives and look at the possibility of not having to take a full hour and a half yoga class every day or whatever it might be that we might rate ourselves for not doing every day. Uh, it can be really simple. It can be just a couple minutes can make a huge difference. Our bodies have so much wisdom inside of them that tapping back into it through taking a moment to just breathe will allow that wisdom to rise to the surface and goto work, repairing what needs to be repaired, replenishing and restoring and revitalizing ourselves, our bodies, our minds or spirits. Our entire being is restored and replenished if we just give it a chance. If we don't have Thio, do a full on practice that takes up half of our day to tap back into that wisdom. Yeah, our bodies air constantly, giving us feedback. And it's a skill to be able to learn how to listen to it and then toe actually act on it to take care of ourselves to a point where we are operating in a place where we feel energized. We feel well, we feel like we're operating from a place of giving instead of constantly getting the life sucked out of us, because we're kind of in that output energy all the time, which is easy to dio as moms.
