close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Maybe stretch a bit. Or take a couple of purposeful, deep sighing breaths because you begin thio, settle in thio This idea of creating intention in your day. What I'd like you to do is imagine yourself now actually getting up and starting your day in a way that actually works for the day ahead of you and would make you feel really great about starting it. And perhaps it's an action that you want to take or a Siris of small, doable actions. But perhaps you confined instead. But it's not about the things you dio but the who you are. When you bring yourself to your day that really unlocks the magic. Imagine yourself facing one of your worst morning scenarios, but facing it with laughter and joy, facing it with humor and love. And how would the day change? Now? This isn't to say that setting specific action intentions isn't a fabulous, wonderful thing. Of course, it ISS. But what happens when we set an action intention and we meet it with a not so great intended way of being or attitude, or when what we wanted to accomplish or do went a little sideways, and so, too did our attitudes. Take a deep breath, smile at that and imagine yourself. Just course correcting with joy. Course correcting with laughter so that the intention of the day that trumps the actions is your intended attitude that you choose to bring to the world around you no matter what's happening or how maney sideways trips occur. Taking ah few minutes now to just allow yourself to picture or get a sense of how that would feel in you. Choose your word of intention of who you are going to be in the day. Are you going? T o be joy. Are you going to be connection? Are you going to be laughter? Are you going to be a smile on, then see your actions and see yourself being that word of intention bringing it, Creating it? Yeah. Oh, oh e preparing yourself now to open your eyes, take one last purposeful breath. Give yourself the gift off a little smile at your lips and then open your eyes ready to take on your day in your intention filled way
