I invite you now to get ready to meditate, so find your comfortable position and you're going to be guided using a breathing technique to help you focus and to help you feel empowered. To help boost your confidence. You will be inhaling and exhaling through your nose, and as you inhale, visualize yourself successfully completing your goal As you exhale. Let go of whatever's holding you back. Fear self doubt, anxiety. Let it go as you exhale. So sit up nice and straight to keep yourself focused as your eyes air closed, ever so gently elevate them upward to keep your thoughts uplifted. Begin to relax your body, consciously noticing where you tend to hold tension and gently breathe into that tension to release it As you inhale, Visualize yourself accomplishing your goal when it feels right to exhale. Release fear. Self doubt. Any limiting beliefs again, inhale through your nose, drawing your breath inward and upward and visualize yourself, accomplishing your call. Notice how you'll feel. Visualize your face. See your expression of joy and relief. Yeah, you're wrong. Now I ask yourself, What is the hardest part about accomplishing your call on? What could you do to make the process easier so you can step into the success of completing what matters most to you. Continue to reflect as you meditate. When your mind wanders, bring it back to your breath, noticing the rhythm and flow of each inhale and exhale you are so worth slowing down for.
