or someone who is swimming in Eagle. Is that what you're talking about? Not at all, because e mean there's nothing wrong with being proud of of you as a person and proud of what you've accomplished. I don't think that that's a negative thing Now there's a difference between confidence and arrogance. Eso confidence is, you know, having belief in your abilities and and being prepared to act on those abilities. Arrogance is when you are confident when you should not be, perhaps in a way that you're not prepared for. So there's certain things that I would say, like, um, um, if I if I were to say, Rolando, I'm gonna bake you the best cake you've ever had 100% I would bet my whole paycheck on it. That would mean that would be me being arrogant, because I have no idea how to bake a cake. I could like I could, like, worked my way through it. But I'd be lucky if it came out even looking like a cake. So you shouldn't put yourself in a place where you can't back up what you say, and that's where it becomes arrogance. And so it's it is a little bit of a fine line, but Yeah, I I don't I don't see how how allowing people's words to impact you makes you proud or or makes you have, ah, large ego. As long as you're not talking in a way where you think you're better than other people. Because I'll tell you right now I like to be in the room where I'm not the smartest person in the room. Rolando, I like to I'd like to be corrected because if I'm saying something, that's incorrect. Rolando, I hope you pointed out to me like please, and then I can learn from that. Go. Oh, thank you for correcting me, because obviously I was talking out of the wrong side of my head aan den. Now I can, you know, absorb the new information and move on from there. But if if I'm just saying I'm right because I'm the smartest person in the room, you know, I needed e need to get in a different room. Mm. Wow. Wow. Just like that's That's good, you know, because when when you get right down to it, all of us need thio allow ourselves to be open enough to new learning. So So thank you for saying that. That that that's great. Now, now, um, tell us a little bit more. What are some of the barriers? Because you're saying you're talking about confidence on chain and emotional intelligence. And, um, how does that enhance healthy masculinity? Mm, yeah. So the number one issue I see with men is a lack of emotional intelligence, and it really comes down to a lack of an emotional vocabulary. And what's what's a sad thing? And it's just Z. It's driven by our society, and men and women are told that emotions are bad in two different ways. Men are told you're not allowed to have emotions your week if you have emotions and then women are told you have too many emotions. Eso so both
