Chel Hamilton, host of the "Meditation Minis Podcast," leads you through a brief but impactful meditation about creating and following an intention. The goal of this meditation is to settle deeper into the glowing energy of intention and your own personal experience with it.
you can do today's meditation with your eyes open or your eyes closed. But for a deeper experience, eyes closed is recommended. Begin by taking one slow, deep breath in through your nose and hold that breath at the top for a few moments and then let it go as an exhale through your mouth. Following that with two more breaths just like that in through the nose, holding at the top, exhaling through your mouth movie is. And as you begin to center to drift down to that place inside where all wisdom resides, I'd like you to imagine that they're in your hands in front of you. You're holding this beautiful little ball of glowing nous. What color would that little ball of glowing NHIS be for you? How does the light glow or change or move? And this little glowing ball? Would anything about it alter or change if you were to now, name it the gift and power of your own intention. Next. What I'd like you to do is I'd like you to breathe some energy into that glowing ball of intention in whatever way makes sense for you. Allow yourself to feel love towards this glowing ball there in front of you. I'd like you to imagine that some of that glow now begins to move into you with every breath. And as you exhale, a similar glow exits you and refills that ball of intention, that energy that you get to choose, how you choose to use it as you continue to imagine yourself breathing in that energy of intention and exhaling the intention back into that ball, creating a beautiful circuit of flow. I'd like you to consider in your mind how it feels to use intention to create joy, to intend to bring the focus in ways you might further use that in your day. Yeah, right. Once again, breathing. Completing that circuit with that glowing ball in front of you and see yourself keeping your word to yourself about the things you have chosen to do. And how does that shift and change how intention and keeping it feels to you when you open your eyes. Today you have the opportunity to continue to do this. Dance between the different ways you can use intention to create, to manifest, to be inflow. Preparing yourself now to open your eyes by taking one purposeful deep breath in and then open your eyes Wide awake, Ready to take on your day? Yeah. Okay. Mhm. Mm. Mhm.
