Corbie is a Certified Tarot Master, Certified Psychic, trained medium and ordained minister. Corbie’s energetic services she offers include:Corbie speaks and counsels at holistic expos, seminars, and workshops throughout the US and Canada and in one-on-one sessions with clients worldwide. Her mother was addicted to barbiturates and was physically and emotionally abusive. Both her parents were in the medical field and took turns with hospital stays due to emotional problems. Corbie wasn’t into the traditional life path; she was excited by acting and writing. “My life had become me telling stories up in my mind so that I could process my life.”Being emotionally abused by her mother led her to take on her sexuality in an unhealthy way. She used sex as a bargaining chip which led her into an abusive marriage, rape, and other harmful situations. In 1985, her mom passed away, and her dad remarried a wonderful woman that was more of a mom to Corbie than her own mother was as she had emotional intelligence. She learned at a workshop that she attended about the three questions you must ask yourself in life. First, what are you unhappy or afraid about? Why are you sad or fearful? Lastly, what do you think would happen if you stopped being afraid or unhappy about your situation?“I also learned I was a lot stronger than I thought I was.” When she figured out she could move through her trauma, she started working with Robert Schwartz. Working with Robert as a past life retrieval expert, “I realized that everything that happened to me was choice.” After three bouts with cancer, her surgeon told her they would take her breasts and feminine reproductive organs. She was crushed as she identified with her body.Clean Out Your Life Closet is the first volume in The Self Development Project series. Corbie wrote this volume to help you get unstuck from believing that you can’t solve your problems, you can’t get out of your own way, that you’ll fail…that you’re just not good enough. Her new book encourages you to write your own story of change based on your history, your life experiences, and your personal goals. Through stories, examples, and just-for-you-designed “Adventure Pages,” you can find your own answers, design your own toolbox, and discover that healing the old and creating the new can be positive, joyful and soul-satisfying.Resources MentionedConnect with Corbie on the webPick up one of Corbie’s booksJoin Me on Speak Loud PlatformSpeak Loud Podcast on the webSpread the message of Speak Loudly Podcast andshare this episode with a friend!***Disclaimer: All content found on Speak Loud Podcast, including text, images, audio, or other formats were created for informational purposes only.
