Trauma is defined as an emotional reaction to a traumatic incident or experience such as abuse, freak accidents, natural disaster, etc. As individuals, each of us have our own trauma. We may not see it or feel it on the onset, but these can manifest in our adulthood or even as we become parents. We all have emotional baggage as individuals and understanding them is the key to becoming better individuals and especially better parents because these childhood wounds from the past will not just affect us. Rather, let these negative experiences inspire us and make us stronger. This episode is full of wisdom, knowledge, and tips about healing and emotional health.
