Frank Maddox shoots his brother John for his prospecting maps in the tiny mining town of Rainbow. After Frank's young daughter dies tragically, Frank starts to believe he is being haunted by his brother's ghost, out for revenge.

Frank Maddox shoots his brother John for his prospecting maps in the tiny mining town of Rainbow. Fifteen years later and Frank is the most powerful man in the now prosperous mining town. When his young daughter dies, Frank is convinced that John is haunting him. Though no one else can see or hear the apparition of John, Frank is determined to find John's daughter Doreen, convinced she has the secret to end the increasingly terrifying hauntings.
