On this week’s episode of Midlife Love Out Loud I had the pleasure of interviewing Amy Elizabeth Gordon on Radical Self Care and how you can cultivate it so you can call in more love. She has spent several decades advocating for big compassion, healthy relationships, and holistic wellbeing. Amy has learned to thrive, advocate for personal liberation, and be a powerful source of transformation for a united world. Additionally, Amy lives in Hawaiʻi and a founding member of a Training program preserving indigenous life ways. As a relational health coach, she takes a stand for her clients to cultivate maximum health with Self, Other and Spirit.
