Hans Minkler is a mild-mannered biologist of Vienna whose studies revolve around the preservation of human life. When he is tasked with eliminating a high-ranking Nazi official who just so happens to be his largest benefactor and future uncle-in-law, Minkler will show where his loyalties lie.

A group of seven scientists has banded together in the belief that Austria is in deadly peril. They fear that the government of Austria has been undermined by the Nazis. They will prevent chaos by presenting names of those in high places who are trying to divide and conquer. Hans Minkler is a young, mild-mannered biologist of Vienna whose scientific studies revolve around the preservation and saving of human life. When he is tasked with murdering a high ranking Nazi official who just so happens to be his largest benefactor and future uncle-in-law, Minkler is aghast. Will he follow through with his orders, or do his loyalties lie elsewhere?
