For today's episode I had a really important chat with my good friend Mick Hawes. Mick runs a really great business called Builders Business Blackbelt where he works with builders and coaches them on their business practises.  I felt this was an important conversation to share as we delved into the similarities between both our industries, exploring the bridges between them and highlight the important takeaways members of both industries can apply to their own businesses. Mick also gives us the story of how he got into the building business and what skills he learned from previously working as a life insurance seller. Micks perspective on the joinery industry and what it can learn from the construction industry is quite invaluable and something I can’t wait to share with you all! If you have any thoughts about today's podcast, be sure to let us know in the hub!   In this episode we discuss: Mick Hawes story and how he entered the construction industry.
