There's a rumor going around about a new Nintendo Switch dropping in September. But what kind of switch will it be? Will it be more expensive, or feature more games than the current model? Listen to the latest speculation in this snippet. The best-informed gamers think that this model will be more expensive—outpricing previous models by $100—and might include games that used to be playable on Xbox and Playstation.
But first, let's go with the new Nintendo switch rumor that this is going to be released. This new council is going to be released sometime in september and it could be revealed before A three. So any time now. But hopefully by the time you listen to this podcast, we might hear an announcement about this man. So usually Nintendo is pretty random. They probably will wait until the last minute. So I predict that sometime next week after the memorial day, right before E three, I think next week we're probably going to hear something from Nintendo. So Bring us across. We'll see. But here's what Bloomberg is saying that the New Council would be likely priced higher than the current to 99 switch model and the official announcement might happen prior to E three and I quote to allow publishers to showcase their range of switch games at the global event. This new Nintendo switch, which may have come to call the switch parole because everybody talks about that right will be sold alongside With the Nintendo switch light, which costs $199 bucks and will eventually replace the current standard model. So there's not much information about this device. We don't know if it's, it's going to be truly four K or maybe just upscaled to four K. We have no idea. Probably gonna find that very, very soon. But this is going to cause higher price. So my prediction, I think this is going to be 3 99 Um, and have the standard 1-99 and have the light again for 199. Now for your listeners are listening to this right now. Do you think this is smart having this at 3 99? Do you see yourself buying the Nintendo switch once it releases officially later this year? And also we probably will see more about the new Zelda game during the internal directives. I know they're going to have one during the three but I'm wondering like what are your thoughts like for those that don't have an internal switch? Do you think this will convince you to go and preorder it and buy at the store? So this is, I'm very curious about this. I'm gonna talk to pee because I know He has an internal switch. The standard one like I have, I have my sense launch, I got it day one and I want to buy one. The reason is, you know, I just want a powerful council, you know, and uh, and I'm still going to keep this one, like for me, you have to like, you know, go out and and so on. But um, I'll probably keep that like That and the four conversion probably will keep it at home. It all depends on like the battery life and the controllers. The thing that I would love to see is the D pad. Like I love the version for the Nintendo switch light. The D pad there is perfect like I just love the controls and that one But I'm not a big fan of the standard one because of the deep end instead of having a regular D. Pad that has like these buttons, so it's like arrows, four Buttons and it's super uncomfortable. Not great for like fighting games or anything like that but um usually what I do is I play with my uh Nintendo switch pro controller, that's the control I've been using the whole time since the launch of the notes on the switch standard version and I'm loving it, I love that control a lot man. So and actually I got it right here look I'm gonna you will hear it. There you go. That's the that's the control of their man. It's still brand new, feels good man. Love it. It's like uh it's like if I'm playing a using the Xbox controller, you know what I'm saying? So but yeah let me know your thoughts about this man. What type of games are gonna actually gonna see, we're gonna see stuff from like from ea from Ubisoft from two K. I'm wondering how we're gonna we're actually going to see better games now. That's also available for the PS five, Xbox recess and X. All those games also going to come out for the Nintendo switch. The new Nintendo switch. That's I'm very curious to see how that's going.
