On the excuses people make about why they can't eat clean. This really resonates with me as I believe eating whole, clean foods is the absolute number one thing you can do for your health over time.... and it really pays off when you get into the 70+ years. ROI on clean eating is undeniable.

commandments principles that you do question yourself of how you do them every day. And as you would do that, that would be the start of your journey in in connection with, You know, I have a plate of food because you control fork to mouth asking that all important question. Where did this food come from? Is all part of that mindset shift in the 10 Commandments? It's part of that. Wow. And inside of your course, you talk about risk management. What's that about? Well, it goes back, Thio. You know, there's a lot of people that will first start to say, Well, I really can't eat clean because it's expensive, you know? They've already associate it a price tag to something on. And so and most people like in the course to we go through the variety of different excuses that we come up with, why we can't do something. Then we start to quickly understand. It really is just a excuse. But going through that, we start to say Okay, well, and most people don't challenge it because it's a knee jerk reaction. Oh, it's expensive. Oh, you're right. Okay, let's move on and think about How expensive is it? So if you're eating at the industrial food level, right, you stay at that level and then that industrial food causes you digestive problems. But then you have to take some digestive aid to either settle your stomach, solve the problem that is constipation or whatever else that food has caused. So now you spent X money on that food on that industrial food, whatever that might be. Plus whatever is in your medicine cabinet to remedy that problem right now, if you just If you added that up together and actually spent the better version, took that money and spent the better version of the food that you were trying to eat, whether it was a hamburger or steak or nachos, whatever it might be okay and then get the good, clean version of it. Because, remember, clean eating isn't about deprivation. It's finding the same foods, just the better versions of thumb. Now you put that you go. Okay, Now, when I eat this, which is the better version of it, What's my return on investment? I don't feel bloated. I have better energy. I don't have spikes in my you know, the glycemic indexes and going up. My blood sugars better. I have better cholesterol levels. I'll go to the doctors and get my blood work and see my blood work across the board is better. So that's what we're talking about when we say return on investment. Well, you know, I wish I could remember this young man.
