um something else that was affecting a lot of our school performance and um yeah, it's like sleep schedules and almost every day I end up waking up around one or two and I missed half of the office meetings and calls that we had for the day, so I never really got to like talk to my teachers or ask them for any help. Um and I kind of just felt lazy for the rest of the day, which was another reason why I procrastinated so much and I really regret staying up late and waking up late and like I really wish I didn't do that, I'd much rather wake up that nine in the morning, eat healthy and then um move on with my day, I feel much more better. We even know that she got up early every day and it helped me focus on my schoolwork a lot more. Yeah. Um So also just have a spot where you can like do your work in general, like sometimes if you're trying to do work in your bedroom, which I feel like I did that fourth quarter, but it was always very tempting to go on netflix or scroll through ticked off or taken up, and I feel like that can be a good thing, but if you can't control it, then you should probably find a spot like a desk or somewhere where you're not distracted and where it's quiet and a good place for your work. Oh yeah, I agree, I usually work in my bed a lot and I don't find it very productive because I don't remember actually doing anything like work. I work much better than I'm in the study room or at my desk. Yeah. Um So because I woke up so late every day, I barely ate all day, I didn't eat breakfast or lunch, I usually just had maybe two or three snacks and then dinner every day. And this personally made my situation worse because I didn't get the energy that I needed to be able to focus on school and like not feel lazy all day. Um So eating healthy at appropriate times is something to keep in my
