the racist zero sum narrative versus the Solidarity dividend. If enough weight Americans put aside the zero sum narrative and recognize their common problems with working and middle class people of color, we could create adorable, multiracial coalition to unlock what I began to call the Solidarity dividend. That's Heather McGhee. We talk with her about her important new book. Thus some of us. It's about how the politics of racial division keeps working class people of all races from having what they deserve. But first we talk with Michelle, commander of the Schomburg Center, about the anthology she's co edited unsung, unheralded narratives of American slavery and abolition. That's all coming up on today's writer's voice in depth conversation with writers of all genres on the air since 2000 and four. Thanks for joining us this hour on this station and writer's voice dot net, I'm hosting producer Francesca Rhiannon
