Hey bobby. Hey Gwen, how are you? I am great, how are you? I'm good, I'm good at friday and I'm you know, getting ready for a little break. Are you hydrating? What are you hydrating? Hydrating? I, you know, I drink water and I put Himalayan sea salt in because it's a natural electrolyte and um I drink it out of a straw because it gets in your body. This is my second one today. So you know, I never knew that about drinking through a straw. That is an incredible hack because it makes it just goes in quicker and I'm Very visual. So I know that this particular size from Starbucks is 24oz. So it's three, three servings and this is my second. So that's like a venti soft drink. It is. And then you Just saved the cup. Okay. Yeah, interesting. And are you talking regular Himalayan sea salt or do you have a supplement from evolution? 18? No, no, no. It's regular Himalayan sea salt. And how much she put in? Well they say put in a teaspoon, that is way too much for me. So I I just do like less than half a teaspoon. I kind of pinch it in but it does. You'll notice that you feel better. Like you just all of a sudden have energy because a lot of us don't realize we're dehydrated and um this just gets into yourselves really quickly. And now is this the first thing that you have every morning? Um I have water? First thing I have at least two servings of water. I either put lemon in it or I put um some something in it that's just going to get into my system. I kind of go back and back back and forth. But then I also quickly go to my double espresso. Okay, so after you've hydrated double espresso and then you go back to the hydration and then I go back to the hydration. But it really depends on days when I'm home or sitting in an office because when I'm traveling it's, you know, you don't want to run it every two seconds to go the bathroom right, right. And it's also just hard to measure I find personally now. And do you feel or or is this fact that you should be front loading your water? Yes, I do feel, you know exactly, because it doesn't work when you back loaded when it's four o'clock and you're like, oh I haven't had any water, it really doesn't work. And so I'm working on lifestyle habits. So on my Apple watch I have every two hours I have a buzzer that goes off and it says drink water so I stop what I'm doing most of the time and I drink at least two cups, Like I just get it in, like it's not about sipping it all day, it's getting it in and these are, you know, habits that I'm trying to make for myself and now, what other lifestyle habits are you trying to set? Well, I've been working on a new one, so I work with a life coach, like I don't work with shrinks and all that kind of stuff. I I found a life coach is really helpful for me, like what are the things that are bothering me? And I was telling him that I seem to be spending so much time on my device in the morning and all of a sudden it's like hurry up exercise and hurry up, get to work. I need to work, you know, and give myself less time on my devices in the morning. So I'm working backwards so I will get my exercise in within the first half hour that I wake up in the morning. So do you have water with lemon before the workout? Yeah, I believe it. Well I leave it next to my bed so as I'm walking downstairs to get my espresso, I am drinking it and then I could immediately get my espresso. Then I sit on the couch. You know my husband and the dogs are already up and they're outside and I then have a half hour of drinking my coffee, reading the newspaper, checking instagram. But you know I'm trying not to do anything more than check. So interesting. And so it doesn't, that's room temperature water with lemon because I usually have hot water with lemon first thing because I thought that that was better for alkali zing but maybe not, maybe I can have room temperature. I just because you have to wait for the hot water to get to the right. Yeah. So no I just do regular. And by the way the whole alkali zing thing I really believe in. There is a product by a doctor Darrel is uh this amazing um chiropractor and it's called Alkali Eyes your Mind and I put the powder in. It's amazing and it really does help. So when I drink coffee I you know, don't get all like intense.
