(00:02:31) When the “Image 7” left Marvel Comics to form their own publisher they were market disruptors. They also received a massive amount of hype. Comic book writer Joe Corallo and retailer Uel Carter join Wes to discuss why they couldn’t live up to the initial hype. But left a long-lasting legacy on the comic book industry. (00:26:52) Finally, X-Men historian Dok and Wes discuss the rapid rise and popularity of Wizard Magazine. And how ultimately it fell apart and was a precursor to the death of comic book news media.
