we learn to love ourselves better. Then we're going to love each other better. Love each other more. We're going to just naturally make better decisions that are going to help our own health. We're going to make better decisions that are going to help our family, our community, the ocean, the planet, the dolphins, the whales, everything. So I mean it really does. I love that you shared. That really does in my mind to begin and end with self love. So it's a beautiful thought. Thank you. Yeah. Yeah. And then, I mean, I've learned so much from working with Adrian. I would say that that's really his influence on us as an organization. When I first started working with him, we were agnostic to the ocean health issues that we were going to focus on because there's so many right pick one. I often say like, you know, you put a piece of paper on the wall and you write down all the ocean health issues and you throw a dart at it, you're gonna hit something, you're gonna, it doesn't matter which one you work on, you should just work on one of them or two or three and just do it as well as you possibly can. But you know, we talked about things like, well should we published a top 10 list of things you can do to save the ocean. And Adrian was adamant and I couldn't understand why for the first year, but he kept saying it's not about the list. It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter what people, there's some things that are more impactful than others, but we shouldn't give people a list. What we should do as an organization is we should help them be curious and we should engage them in a way they want to be engaged. And I think that's right. You know, there's so much out there about how bad it is and what we should be doing or shouldn't be doing and it's paralyzing and at the end of the day, maybe what we should be doing is breathing. Maybe we should just sit and we should just feel what we feel and we should invite somebody to sit with us and to have a cup of tea and in doing that, maybe we have a conversation with each other that ends in something that we never expected And we should just let that happen instead of being so rigid and so dogmatic about it has to be 30% or 10% by this day. You know, it's those targets matter. But I think we lose sight of the fact that we are human and at the core of our humanness connection which goes right back to that whale and why I think I was so captivated by that story is that it was the first time I had heard something that made me feel like I know how it feels to not be connected. I know how it feels to be lonely. I know how it feels to want something that you can't have and and maybe it's just that connection that allows us to have the conversation we need to have about where we're heading and what are we okay with and what should we really be fighting for?
