We’ve heard about the first two Pillars of Manifestation in our 15th episode: Feelings and Actions. In this second part with Mindset and Manifestation Coach and The White Walls Podcaster Jamie Ong, we talk about the other two: Releasing, and Resting and Having Gratitude. When we manifest, it’s not about holding on to “what we want,” but a huge part is actually about letting it go, “releasing the attachment” and trusting that what will happen is for the highest and best. Jamie says not to be too “tunnel-visioned” because it could come in another form that we had initially thought it would.
Resting and gratitude are often most missed when we manifest, especially coming from a place of lack. Jamie points out that “Our energy does what our actions cannot, and our energy can help us amplify what actions we’ve already taken.” It actually often happens when we’re resting! It is when we can create space for our desires to just come. The key thing to help create that energy of being a magnet or space to attract is instead of thinking of the worst case scenario, we could instead ask “what might be the best case scenario for me at this moment.”
