I had the great lesson of mediating in the midst of chaos years ago and I will never forget that. It helps you bring more calmness and clarity in the midst of the anxiety and stress in our lives. Start small, maybe even 30 seconds or 30 minutes whatever you are able to commit now in your life. This calmness in your mind will help you in your life in every area and every way. Don't be afraid to quiet the mind in the middle of the chaos in your life.
