Hi, I'm Claire from Chill, and this meditation is to help you bring in a little more compassion to yourself. So find a comfortable seat, if you can, sitting up on something if it's a cushion, making sure your hips are higher than your knees and we'll place your hands onto your legs wherever they fall. Naturally, take a moment and grow tall through your spine. Soften your shoulders and now bring your attention and your awareness just right onto your breath. A few deep inhales and exhales to start the practice today, and as you're breathing, take a moment to just allow yourself to soften. Relax through the muscles of your body through the face. Jaw your eyes, and as you feel ready, you could just allow your eyes to gently fall closed In this practice will be using some simple short sentences to draw. In this experience of being a little more compassionate to ourselves with your eyes closed, imagine an image of yourself just right in front of you in the forefront of your mind. Keep this image of yourself and repeat these words. May I be happy? May I be peaceful? May I be compassionate towards myself?
