my mission in life is to help people to unlock human potential, to help people understand how truly magnificent they are and unlock all the possibilities that exist for them. So this is a really exciting topic for me in your leadership legacy. So thank you so much for having me. I own a couple of different companies. One of them is a personal transformation company where I help people to unlock their true potential live into the highest version of themselves, fall in love with life, fall in love with themselves so that they can live their mission and their purpose every single day I also am a partner in a health company where we have a following at 1.4 million people. So every single day I support people to transform their lives to a life of health and fulfillment and passion and purpose. And so I'm super excited to be here with you guys today and I can't wait to continue. I know right, so you have you have a corporate path, Tell us a little bit about kind of um working in corporate and then coming out of that and going into what you're doing today. Absolute. It's been a fascinating journey and I've had so many different roles and responsibilities. I spent 15 years in the biotech industry in a variety of different capacities and sales and marketing and leadership and innovation. I by the time I left I was, and this was about three years ago, I was the global head of innovation and I was leading a team of 302 health coaching teams, nurse coaching teams, the largest global health coaching teams in the world. Actually, I was building and supporting people to transform their lives into a life of health. What I realized was that and I absolutely loved what I did and I was fascinated by leadership and human potential and I recognized that there was so much more opportunity and that I was being called to support humanity in a really big way and not only one company, but many, so many companies, many people. And so I really wanted to understand more about human behavior, more about human potential. The reason why the patients that we were supporting, we're going into remission, the reason why the leaders that I was developing, we're becoming so successful and there was something that was nudging me that was asking me to understand deeper, understand more about human potential, understand more about the mind, understand more about the body emotion, spirit. And so I was really being called to navigate and investigate this to understand more of human potential so that I could be a transformational teacher to others so that they can understand how, not only could they lead their companies and leave their employees and leave themselves but most importantly leave themselves so that they can lead more effectively. And so so I transitioned about three years ago and then I started traveling around the world with the leading neuroscientists, geneticist, epigenetic cyst, quantum physicists, high performance training trainers and coaches. And I learned it was, I had all these ah ha moments of all this is why this works. This is why the patients were going into remission. Not, you know, so many patients were going into remission. This is why my teams were super successful because the question that I got consistently from the leaders that I worked with was why is it that your teams are so successful and I knew and I could share it was like it's about vision and it's about values and it's about having, having something that you're so that's your big meaning in life, right? Doing something that makes a difference, doing something that's meaningful. And it was like, well, yeah, yeah, yeah, but what are the tactics? And I'm like, no, you don't understand. It's about the vision that values and doing something that's meaningful and so and when you do those things and when your tactics follow those things, that's how your employees are successful, that's how they're happy and fulfilled. And so I was just so passionate about this that I wanted to understand. And when I was introduced to the scientists all around the world and I traveled around the world with them and did amazing global projects and it was fascinating to see this at work. And I then understood the science behind the mind, the science before, Behind human potential. The science behind human behaviour, and when you understand it and you understand how easy it is to tap into these things. I literally my mind was blown and I was like why do they not teach this in school? Why do they not teach this at work? You know? Thank you. Yeah, so when you talk I love how you talk about vision and how it kind of all starts with a person's vision and that like this is what we're not teaching. What are some of the things that you did to really um pull that vision out of people because we kind of walk around sleeping like and we don't have a vision and when we have when we finally create our vision we like wake up. So how do you how do you get that out of people? Yeah, so I love and I get chills as I talk about what I love is that this is innately within people, right? And what I what I share with people, the biggest thing is meaning, right? We all want to do something that's meaningful. And if you've ever read, you know, Victor Frankl's man's search for meaning. He talks all about this, the common denominator with the people who left the concentration camps was that they had something that was a bigger purpose and we all have that there's 7.7 billion people on the planet. And what I know based on the science that I understand is that each one of us has a particular purpose and when we can help people remember what that purpose is, then they will live a life that's fulfilled. And so as an individual helping people and this is what I love to do because I as the head of global innovation and corporate, I supported all of our global teens to develop vision to change culture strategy across across the entire organization across the entire company. And so it's first and foremost about each individual understanding and tapping into what their unique gift is, what what drives them, what gives them meaning. And then it's about cultivating a common vision, bringing people together to say this is what's meaningful for you, and this is what's meaningful for me, and this is what's meaningful for them and then understanding that there's a bigger umbrella that is the vision that drives us all. And so when we do that, we're tapped in, you help people remember you help people recognize their unique gift, their unique reason, that they're here for a reason and they contribute to a whole and that this vision and this team is not the same without them, but its first about the individual understanding themselves and that it's about the organization understanding as an organization.
