On this Episode, Film maker, Eric Christiansen told his story on how he lost his home to a fire disaster, and how, one year later he began a life-long commitment of Turning his pains to purpose, by producing films on trauma victims and helping them to heal. Today he is a successful film maker and a seven time Emmy Awards recipient from 4 films he has produced. Eric shared practical steps to recovering from trauma. Dr Richard Ofiabodhe is also on board to share some tips on mental health and finding a path to heal.
