This episode features two incredibly talented actors, John Hall and Brian Elder, who are also writers, producers, and musicians that have earned the following awards “The Best Trailer Award” at “The Wild Bunch Film Festival, 2018,” “Official Selection” at “Global Trailer Film Festival, 2018,” “Semi-Finalist” at “Los Angeles CineFest, 2019,” and “Finalist,” at “Southern Stated Indies FanFilmFest, 2019,” for their film “Death and Compromise.”
John Hall is also the best-selling author of “A New Breed” and “Guinea Pigs.” His writing in-depth insight and gift of writing brought him into the film world landing him a series on the “Discovery Channel” called, “United States of Paranoia.” “StickHorse Rodeo” is his band and they have produced several music videos that can be found on “YouTube.” Entertaining is not all John is about. On a very serious note, John is a doctor. He is an Anesthesiologist in Pain Management and strives to ensure he provides exceptional care to his patients.
Brian Elder is also a director. He found his way to the entertainment industry through music at a very young age. The personal gifts instilled within him were noticed and he eventually signed with a label. Oddly as it may seem, it was through a random phone call that an invitation was made to Brian to be on a film set for a few weeks and that mesmerized him. That invitation and experience were so awe-inspiring, he was hooked. Brian has been working a few productions in various stages and is always looking to collaborate. His drive and passion for filmmaking, acting, directing, and screenwriting can not only be seen but is encapsulated within his work.
This is a fun show that talks with and about a friendship between this duo that is so uplifting and inspirational, it will not only invoke you to watch their film, but you may just wanna start a project with a loved one yourself!
