Forest Live - which brings international touring artists to four of England's most popular woodland sites - is celebrating its 20th anniversary this summer.
Joining us on this week's Sheer Isolation is Simon Hough, who's part of the Forest Live team and based at our local Forestry Commission venue: Westonbirt Arboretum near Tetbury.
As well as promoting this year's line-up, and staying optimistic that the event will be able to go ahead this summer, Simon also recalls the very first Forest Live, reminisces of the Treefest festival which was held at Westonbirt until 2016, and spreads the word that the arboretum is open to locals who book in advance.
Music this week is courtesy of a new track from Devizes based funk duo Funkin' Hell, and Simon's choice is one of his Forest Live highlights from Gruff Rhys.
This episode was created by Kieran Moore in Trowbridge and Jon Ponting in Cricklade.
