if you'd just like to take a few moments as we begin just to okay settle into a comfortable way of sitting mm. Uh huh. Do you have any distractions and phones and things just telling those off putting aside for now so we can be together. Yeah uh sense of presence. Mm Okay it's really nice to sing on the gallery devoted to be with your video stuff. Have a sense of sitting together. Mhm. You might just take a few moments as well as we begin. Just take each other in for a few moments. He's a fellow wayfarers. Okay sitting together, sharing practice and just when you're ready. Yeah. Uh they let yourself have a soft gaze. You want to practice with your eyes open. Uh If you prefer practicing with your eyes closed just letting your eyes close. Mhm. It's very simply checking in with how you are just seeing how you find yourself in this moment. Mhm. Whatever is here in mind, heart and body the invitation just welcome yourself as you are in body heart and mind including difficult stressful aspects of experience. You can have the aspiration to Yeah Yeah soften with those to relax to let go. But being careful not to let that aspiration turn into any kind of oppressive pressure or self judgment or demand that experience be a certain way. So really my encouragement as we sit and practice together is to fully allow yourself to be as you are and to have the experience you're having. Okay so in that spirit we're practicing with care, compassion. Yeah this funny word mindfulness. It's a really fundamentally embodied quality. Absolutely. Uh Sir, just keeping this very simple, you can just sense. Yeah. So your party. I was feeling your body from the inside, leading awareness. I just can't clean touch into the graph to approach the sensations in your body. It's a very gentle coming into contact. Yeah. Party breath very gently. Mhm. The sincerity of care let awareness harmonize of their experience resting into the feeling of your body from the inside really inhabiting. It was 30. We're sieving living breath, opening to sense of being the sense of being here. Yes, body. Yes. Wide open field of experience and feeling the support to each other, sitting together.
