you know, a few questions for you to kind of start. So, like when one gets engaged in looking for floral designer in general, what should they ask those potential floral designers to provide to them as part of kind of, like the vetting process in in addition to that, Like, what should they be paying attention to in these things? So we're going beyond just okay. Your instagram looks nice. What else is there? Yeah. All right. So I'm actually glad you touched on that part because I was going to bring that up, and I think it is in one of another question, but so you're looking at how long they've been in business? Um, their style, you know, things along those lines, aesthetic. But the other thing is that you're also looking for you should ask for Well, let me see some of the items in your portfolio. You know, specific. Like, do you do any tall centerpieces? I don't see any here. Can you provide some things, like especially in California, and I don't know anywhere else, but I know in California, people are very earth conscience, and so they want to know where these flowers are coming from where the flowers coming from? Um, you know, Are they coming from Ecuador in Holland, which most of them do. But fortunately for us, we do grow in California. A lot of we have a lot of locally grown product, and so just think of it like you're looking at yourselves. What are your needs and what would you really like to see? And your interest, like all of these things play into that. So, you know, I'm interested. I'm very, um, again, Uh, recycle, you know, whatever it is. Um, but really look at yourself and and see what's important to you. And, um, if that designer can't provide you with any of that information or they don't know, that might not be the person for you. Good answer. I completely forgot that Californians are very much more about, like, sustainability and organic and, like, you know, knowing kind of the origins of like, where did this come from? How you know where the conditions there we're here. You know, people are just like I want big centerpieces back slowly. I think we're slowly going into that direction, but it's not as huge as it is. in California or even Washington. Yeah, I'm pretty sure there's other states, you know that are very, very conscious of that. But yeah, I think we're slowly moving into that direction. Alright. So kind of going off that a little bit. So what should brides do? We're for, I guess, kind of before the initial consultation to provide to the potential floral designers, um, or even florist, as you know, something that could help them way down the line. Um, I think that just what do you need? I don't necessarily need the venue. We can make a venue work. We've done plenty of venues, but really like a Pinterest board or something like that. More inspiration. You know, I can do that. But I have had brides who don't have any. I don't know. I don't have a favorite color. I don't have a favorite style, you know, And then it's just like Okay, well, then let's look at inspiration in terms of fashion. What do you What? Do you like architecture where? You know, if you are getting married, Okay, that helps If you are getting married, um, you know, is it on a ranch? Are you getting married in a barn. Is it? You know, at is it at one of the rooftop downtown L A venues, then You know that all plays a part in it and I think that's what I mean. I even think back to when I first met with lineal, she asked me Did I have a Pinterest board? And I did. But it was from, like 2014 2015. So I'm like, I'm not even with that man anymore. I don't want that way. Start thinking about what style did I want. So I had to, like, go and start using Pinterest more because I had I wasn't active and pictures at all. So But doing that did allow me to, like, find stuff like Okay, actually do like this or I don't like this at all. I want to stay away from this. So I think that makes perfect sense. Yeah, and see, And you usually with Pinterest for me. And even if it's just images, it could be a grouping of images, and a bride may say Okay, I don't see the commonality here, but generally I can't whether it be the color or this is the design or if it's just, you know, if it has a more vintage feel to it and vibe if it has a more, um, Lux vibe, which I don't tend to get a lot of, um, but still inspiration, any kind.
