free and live your passion. Speak up. Are you all ready to speak up? Yeah, I know I am. I had to learn how to speak up. I had to learn how to let go of other people's expectations of me in my life. I had to really practice what I preach. So in this episode, I want to share a seed of wisdom. Our seat of wisdom is freedom is found When we let go of who were supposed to be and embrace who we really are. This is an anonymous quote. I don't know who said it. I don't know when it was written, but I know that it rings true today. Right now, here, at this very time in this very moment, this quote brings true freedom is found when we let go of who were supposed to be and embrace who we really are. I like I said before, I've learned that and what this means to me This little seed of wisdom means to me is that we let go of all the things people tell us that we should be all the expectations we that others have of us. And even sometimes the unrealistic expectations that we have of ourselves because, you know, we have an ideal self, that person, that we feel that that's that perfection person. That's what I call it, that person that we would like to be. But we know that we aren't. And no matter how hard we work at that, we're never going to be that person. So I deal in reality and I wanna help you do the same. We're going to talk about it, about how to be who we really are, how to let go of maybe the family, the family business, the idea that you're supposed to be in the family business. You're supposed to be a lawyer, a doctor. Ah, mechanic, a beautician. You know, a schoolteacher, those things, those things that maybe you have no passion for you don't even have the gifts for it are the talent. You're really not interested in it. But you're doing it because that's what was expected of you. We have to learn to really give that stuff up, to become who we really are and who we really want to be in this world. Our objectives for the day are our key focus points. I'm still deciding what we're going to call them. So hey, we'll call them. Focal points are key. Focus points are stripping away the titles. We're going to release ourselves from others expectations and declare our passions. That sounds good, doesn't it? I know it sounds good to me. I know I've been able to do it. I know I've helped others do it, and it's a beautiful thing when it actually happens. So first, let's tackle stripping away the titles. Question. Who are you? Who are you and no one is looking? Who are you when you're not at your best? Who are you when you're being your best self? Who are you without the title of doctor, lawyer, teacher, counselor, sister, brother, mother, daughter, wife, spouse, girlfriend, significant other? Just who are you? As I said in the last episode, I am bold, energetic, outgoing, fun. I'm also reliable and dependable. I'm steady. I'm normally the same spirit that you see in the same person you see no matter where you are. I am just going to be who I am. When I attach a name to that, I'm Billy. That's who I am. So who are you and you strip those titles away. I want you Thio, take this branch of love, which is promised. And you're gonna promise yourself to learn more about yourself. You're gonna spend, you know, time with yourself. All I'm asking is 30 minutes a day. Yeah. Add that to your 15 minutes that you have from the last show and add 30 minutes to it. Who doesn't have that amount of time in the day? You have an hour, at least two Just dedicate to yourself and doing this time. I'm going to challenge you to answer those questions. I'm going to challenge you to really write down who you are. Strip away all the titles, no titles, no titles. We're gonna use descriptors to describe. Describe ourselves even as parts of ourselves that we don't like. Because, you know, you could change those things. There are things that we can change about ourselves, but this is part of releasing those expectations that others have of you. We need to study ourselves. Always say we need to study ourselves like we spend time studying other people. Are you that person that likes toe
