who studies out of Iceland have recently wrapped up showing that a four day work week not only improves well being, but it also improves productivity across the board. Roughly 1% of workers in Iceland trialed a four day work week and generally speaking, not in every case, there was no reduction in productivity and wellbeing got better. There are a ton of reasons why different organizations have been pushing for a four day work week. Iceland was actually down at about 10th with 1435 hours a year and all the way down at 30 fifth. Workers in the US are averaging 1767 hours a year. So don't worry about the rest of your week. If you've got the day off today, you're probably going to be just as productive as you were last week and you might even have a better week because it's only four days. That's the good news I've got for you today, enjoy the rest of your
