or become creative, shall we say, find money? Um, so So so is this likely to be just a shotgun thing, or do you think this is part of a larger adjustment? I'm sure the university's air hoping it's a short term thing. But I think the general public and, you know, rising college students are hoping this is, ah, long term. Look at how their tuition structure is working and hopefully to see a lot fewer, um, increases or very small increases things that arm or anticipated in other industries. The universities seem to not be following that. So, um, time will only tell I can only venture a guess. My hope is that they start to look more closely. Some of these tuitions, especially these private schools, are quite high. The pair to the state schools. So even with the state's funding, I it be interesting to really see how this plays out over the next few years. Okay, um, it's another thing affected by the pandemic. Absolutely, Absolutely. I was just gonna say that this is something, at least for the next you know, students applying for the next academic here, or even the ones who are in school can benefit from.
