Mm, yeah, yeah, yeah. Mhm. Hi, everyone. Those who know me, I am always full of surprises. Today is no different than any other day, so let's get ready. But doing this show over the last two seasons has just has been a joy to me and so much love and, um, meanings. And in who we are have come out through this. I've met so many fantastic people. I've gotten to know some old friends, some new friends, and deeply I've gotten to share my family family stories that I enjoy all these experiences every day and many new people. And but today is a little bit different because I've had a lot of viewers over the past lately that wanted to know really about me. What's it like? I've been in quarantine and how it's been tolerable, tolerable with family. So what's this special ending of the season? Two. I thought it would be fun to invite my husband, the legendary Donald J. Planner, once again, we're going to do a twist, though, but not as only a guest. Tonight, Donald J. Pinner will be the host and take over Lisa F. Pinar Chair and I will be the one interviewed. So welcome to over 40 and loving every minute of it. And Don and I are going to do a quick switch. Donald, that's me. Welcome to over 40 and loving every minute of it. This is different that I show embrace the row of the host. Oh, my God. Okay, let's just start off. I have a few questions tonight as our guests the show We are walking the host of the hit podcast Over 40 and loving Every minute of It, which I believe some of you may have heard of. She's a mother, an artist and actress, a motto and amused but most importantly to me Oh, my God, Yes. She's my wife, Lisa F. Thank you, honey. I'm your work. And I know I've always been your muse. We know that. Shall we get Excuse me. Shall we get started? I guess. Are you not introducing your little I know? I'm sorry. Most important. Yes, this is This is moonlight and the other one sunset. But we will talk about them later, so Okay, get started. Go ahead. There, there. Little Marty's in their service dogs and they really are service dogs. Let me tell you. Yeah. Okay. Let's get some questions together. When did you know that creativity was your calling, Lisa? Well, I just remember as a little girl my mother, um I think we're bike riding. I mean, I was really literally little. I don't even remember that part. But she said that one day I the setting outside was really beautiful. And I said, Mommy, look how beautiful the sunset is through the trees or the sky. It was like something about nature. And I made a comment, and I think right there. And then my mom knew that I would be artistic some way in some field of being creative. I'm not sure. But then well, that's okay. I thought it would be a little bit more, but you are. You know what are very creative? Yes, you are, sweetie, even now. But let me ask the next question. Okay. This is a really good one we've been married for. I can't believe this over 25 years. You have to read that and you don't even know that we've been married, Sweetie. Yeah. I want to share a funny story or two about being married to a fellow Creative. What's it like being married to a fellow creative? Give me a couple of stories, girl. Oh, my God. Well, I will say that, Donald, um, as well as a creative person, Um, everything that he did as a designer 50 years ago. You've been How long have you been designing? Okay. 52 years. He has never stopped drawing an actual picture of a shoe. I mean, all those designs to this day, that is something he's ever done on me. So a funny What am I doing? A funny story about you being creative. Sure. A funny story or two about being married to Oh, my God. Well, okay, it went out the door on that one. Um, I think you know what, What, being married to him and the travels and the things that we've done and how to watch him get so excited over design and something that just we both saw and to make what we where we were or how we saw beauty and something and make it come alive. So, you know, it's kind of really cool when you, you know, kind of be able to work with two people. I guess at once, but his visions are, you know, beautiful. And, uh, what's so funny about it? Because sometimes when you draw, you just go over and over and over the same drawing, which has already been there five times already. Or, you know, the And I get it because, you know, colors. Some colors are light. You just I don't know. You just don't stop. I don't think there's anything funny about you and stuff designing. I don't know. Okay. Wait, you know what? I got my daughter here today, and she's over there laughing like Okay, star. Okay, we're going to switch over to tell me something funny, because obviously, I'm having a blank of the creativity. So tell me. Tell your mother what she shares. It's funny being married to me. Well, I know. Okay, So you guys traveled a lot, and, um, I remember a couple of times my mom would call me and she would be like, we missed our flight again because of how late my father was. That's a good one. Donald will always be late. It doesn't matter. He was actually waited late to our wedding. So that is a creative person. right there. I don't I'm not even gonna say what he was doing. Oh, I know you were doing. You got a flat tire, didn't he? Yeah, but he had to get a sun tan. Yeah. So he's busy getting or something. And I got a brand new car at the time, so Right. And the other thing is creatively in Miami in Miami. But the other thing I will say, Yes, you are. We are always late, but that is your creativity. We're on time for the wedding because obviously, we're married 25 years and let's see how many more? 25 weeks ago, I get the next question. Okay. What is it like putting on shoes every day when you live with a shoe designer? That's me. And even design your own line. Lisa Blinder. Oh, my God. I have so many choices of shoes and people are like, how many times you put your shoes on? Well, I mean, lucky enough when we were designing and being the showroom or creative or doing things, I think I must have changed my shoes three or four times a day, so I mean, it was kind of cool you know, or I would put two different shoes on and make you know, Hopefully, our customers will go. Okay, Let's go back to That's a funny story when we were in the elevator. Okay. Yes, I'll never forget. When we were doing, I'm in the elevator, and obviously the woman did not know who I was. Who was the customer? It was a customer getting ready together into our showroom. Yes. And then she had different shoes on. She had her Manolo Blahniks, you know, living in New York. And she takes out, she takes those off, and she goes, you cannot walk into the showroom unless you have your donald playing her shoes on. So she puts her Donald Planner shoes on, and she goes in the showroom and she sits and everything, and I happen to get off. And maybe I think she thought it was a
