down then. Um But other than that I wasn't I'm not expecting anything and so he was just scrolling. I was just scrolling. Got it. Okay. Yeah so because I think that's the difference between like checking your email and trying to be on top of things. Yeah no I wasn't expecting anything already. Had got what I was looking for. Um So I'm looking to Jessica and just train my mind to calm down a bit so I'm taking step by step. Um Me I always pride myself being a fast new yorker. New Yorkers are always on the go, always on the go. And always apparently got something to do. Exactly and I mean all you know maybe new york city new york city difference. There's the city not including Long Island down the whole city. No they gotta catch that ferry girl. That thing is on a time schedule. You wanna you wanna miss the boat? I'm pretty sure they take like the bus over older. You gotta catch that ferry there at the time schedule. I remember that. I don't have only been the Staten Island once by the ferry. Um and I had to catch that on time to get there on time to get back. So they're definitely the time schedule as well. But ever since when I was in high school, but even started it picked up more when I was in college. Like, you know, I had an internship, I was meeting my best friend, I had to get to class. I lived in Jamaica Queens and I went to school in Manhattan. Um specifically Harlem shot at the city college football. So it was all, it was all time schedule. And I always, and technically I liked um I like the fast life, like looking back at my facebook status is you know, when they have the flashbacks or memories whatever. Um I used to call myself like there was, you know, how did he had, you know, did he runs the city? I had nine runs the city because I always was so excited because I always was just running running the city back to back to back to back. Like my unlimited metro crowd was my best friend. It really was because I was like, literally I was relationship free. Obviously kid free. I didn't have any, I didn't have a deep connection to be tied down. It's completely different from your life. Exactly. Seriously? So I was always on the go, but that's when it started, It started in college. Um And now I'm looking to tone that down literally calm, calm it down. So you go from one extreme to the next I am and then let's see where we go after this. But right now I'm looking to comment down like, uh don't slow down too much, I have to have retirement. No, no, I'm not retirement, but you know why I've learned that you know that if I just take one step at a time, you know, more projects will get done. I'll feel a deeper connection with myself. I'm looking forward to a deeper connection with my wife and looking forward to being there for a special moment to abby. You know, just let me calm it down. That's how I feel personally. Yes. So you're not trying to like calm down your life for say you're just trying to uh you re prioritizing what you do with it. Ok? So you're not focusing on like twerking? You're focusing on? Yeah. And what you need to get your job done. I always work. It's work is necessary out to work, but then after that I just comment down, you're Not talking for a whole hour, like two minutes. Don't test my talk skill. Okay. Already. First, you already know much work. Still keep it going even though I gained some weight. So I'm breathing a little heavier. So it's not work if you have a little more happiness to it. But I'm not talking about that. I can't work. But longevity. All the longevity. Right, Okay. Hefty. You are me. I'm not speaking for everybody. Hey? Yeah, puma is, yeah. The less time she's able to tour. Absolutely. That is a proven fact for myself. Out to all the girls and then you can handle it with the women and men. Excuse me. Who can handle the hefty, more experienced experienced workers And then you can go on for longer than that. Forget about that. About that. That was that was just too much. Well, pat back on your turkey. Thank you. Can I get a pat pat for a lot of my mind? I felt like twerking was a little bit more funny. It's pat pat. But yes, I will pat you for allowing your mind a lot of my Mind to calm down to calm down. So I'm excited for this. It's community breathing. So let's just breathing for 30 minutes. Do you feel like you know you we went to Tony Robbins way. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I felt it. Yeah, I felt that it's okay. But do you remember when we went to we went to you know when we're Fiji and we were taught that we're not only we of course were breathing but mentally we're not breathing. You know, we we stopped because we're either nervous or we're trying to focus on something and you know, our mind goes left so we gotta, yeah. All right. Right. Yeah. All right. So you know let's get into like our topic. So I think like based on like the last topic that we had um a couple of things we talked about was like you know being a parent or struggles with being a parent on just pronounce and stuff.
