Tapping the Shoulder, with Patrick Burns (Interview) The difference between 'going remote' and 'embracing remote' is acknowledging that remote is different - and so it's not as easy as flipping a switch and everything is otherwise normal. It may require different thinking, different tools, and different habits to make it work effectively for your team. That's why we're so excited to speak with Patrick Burns, Co-Founder of Commons.so, who have created a tool that addresses remote differently, and tries to recreate a more human experience.
