LATINISED LYRICS TRANSLATION
Chidiya Chidiya Udti Ja,
Bird, Bird, Keep Flying

Chidiya Chidiya khushi se ga.
Bird, Bird, Keep Singing joyfully.

Panch Chotti Chidiya chala rahi thi Kaar,
Five little birds were driving a car.

Ek chidiya ud gayee, baaki bachee chaar. One bird flew away, leaving only four.

Chaar chotti chidiya bajaa rahi thi been,
Four little birds were playing a “Been” *

Ek chidiya ud gayee baaki bachee teen.
One bird flew away, leaving only three.

Teen chotti chidiya haath munh dho,
Three little birds, wash your hands and faces

Ek chidiya ud gayee, baaki bachee do.
One bird flew away, leaving only two.

Do chotti chidiya kha rahi thi cake,
Two little birds were eating cake,

Ek chidiya ud gayi, baaki bachee ek.
One flew away, leaving only one.

Ek chotti chidiya bajaa rahi thi taali,
One little bird was clapping away,

Wo bhi ab ud gayee, daali reh gayee khali. since it has flown away as well, the branch is empty.
