#111 - we were supposed to review Cargo (2018) but instead we talk about Rent A Girlfriend season 2 and Sword Art Online season 1 DA BINGE BOIS ARE PRETENDING TO GO TO AUSTRALIA, as this week we review Cargo (2018) despite it having no true talking points and really just being an emotional journey that you can’t critique in anything other than boring! So instead of just doing that, we covered the movie for like 10 minutes then had a long discussion about Rent A Girlfriend season 2 episode 3 and the beginning of Sword Art Online! Enrique and Tristan battle over their opinions on the current season of RAG and Eli and Enrique talk about their foray into SAO and compare it to other things they have watched. Next week we hope to actually have a decent review to do when we talk about Tokyo Vice starring Ansel Elgort! Until then we bid you adieu, and forgive us for our mistaken choice this time!

#110 - Homelander Experiences True Freedom - THE BOYS Season 3 Review & Discussion DA BINGE BOIS RETURN TO THE LAND OF HOMELANDER, as we review the third season of Amazon Prime’s ONLY hit live action series, THE BOYS! After spending some time away from the series and trying to figure out if our tastes have been diluted THE BOYS comes back and tells us no! We still love the same wacky, zany, and extremely dark series that this series has become. Da Bois cover the adventures of Hughie, Starlight, Maeve, Mother’s Milk, Frenchie and Kimiko as they try to utilize the old Supe of legend Soldier Boy, portrayed by Jensen Ackles, to destroy the villain of today, Homelander! Enrique loved the series and was happy to see it back after two years, Enrique & Eli loved the real mocking and parody that the series performed all season, while Tristan took the stance of not wanting to deal with the sad reality of the real world within a show like THE BOYS, which is already so dark and cynical. Next week, Da Bois return with their review of Cargo (2018) on Netflix which hopefully doesn’t suck followed by Tokyo Vice!

#109 - Vecna Is Defeated, For Now - Stranger Things Season 4 Vol.2 Review & Discussion + Wishlist For Duffer Brothers' DeathNote Live Action Adaptation THIS WEEK, DA BINGE BOIS RETURN TO HAWKINS, for the conclusion of Stranger Things Season 4 with its' second part, Volume 2! After enjoying to bits and pieces of Volume 1 of Netflix's mega hit, we watched 2 episodes, over 3 hours of content to give our thoughts, and opinions on the journey of Mike, Will, Lucas, Dustin, Max, Eleven, Nancy, Johnathan, Steve, Robyn, Joyce & Sheriff Hopper! In the large discussion over the events of this season, Da Bois speak on the overall impressive performance and overall atmosphere of the character Vecna / One / Henry and how he is some of the best horror in the last five years, how Mike has fizzled out as a character and lacks any major development or plotline, how the slow burn of the presumed coming out Will is getting ridiculous, and what our ideas will be for the eventual fifth and final season of Stranger Things! We move onto Whatcha Been Watchin' where Tristan talks about Kaguya-sama: Love Is War Ultra Romantic (Season 3) and Rent-A-Girlfriend season 2, and Enrique talks about the latest episode of the Aoashi dub. To close out the show, with the talk of the Duffer Brothers' biggest project so far, Da Bois thought it was only right to talk about the rumors of their DEATHNOTE live action Netflix adaptation. Enrique, Eli, & Tristan all agree that it would be better for the series to go a different direction and not involve Light or L at all and make either a sequel or prequel to keep the concept alive but avoid direct comparisons to the already great manga and anime. Of course that may not be an option, so Enrique lays out that he hopes that the Duffer Brothers don't attempt to humanize Light and many other things to keep the series true to the source material and just good in general. Next week, we return to an old friend with The Boys Season 3 featuring Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, because god knows that we can not escape the monster under our proverbial bed known as Supernatural!

#108 - THE SPANISH RIP-OFF OF STRANGER THINGS - Paraíso (Paradise) Season 1 Review & Discussion + Hustle (2022), Doctor Stranger & The Multiverse Of Madness Talk THIS WEEK DA BINGE BOIS ARE TRAVELING INTO SPAIN, to cover and discuss the Spanish series Paraíso, which could also be considered a rip of Stranger Things! Despite our best efforts to avoid not so quality shows, Tristan will make sure that never happens! During the overall discussion of the show, Da Bois talk about how it seems that they wanted to pull the supernatural kids adventure that Stranger Things did into a new setting, how the adults of the series actually carried the plotline and solved the mystery while the kids ran around being ghosts and doing nothing, and how lost we were in the final episode, even though we understood the plotline up until then! After that, you can hear the actual podcast episode where we talk about Hustle featuring Adam Sandler and Juancho Hernagomez as Bo Cruz, and our thoughts on Doctor Stranger And The Multiverse Of Madness as it as finally hit streaming services! Next week we will be covering actual Stranger Things, when we wrap up our review of the Season 4 Vol. 2 portion of it. This might be a skip week depending on if you have seen Hustle and Doctor Strange 2 but make sure you check out next week for the excellence!

2022 Fourth Of July Special - The Rise Of The Shelby Clan - Peaky Blinders Season 1 Review & Discussion THIS FOURTH OF JULY DA BINGE BOIS HAVE DECIDED TO REVOKE THEIR US CITIZENSHIP AND MOVE TO THE UK, as we talk about Peaky Blinders featuring Cillian Murphy! Da Bois begins their discussion of the show talking about the best moments of Thomas Shelby in season 1 and also his worst moments, why we all had a disdain for Ada, and our thoughts on the relationship between Tommy and Grace, the federal agent sent to spy on him. After a tough vote at the end of the episode, Da Bois decided that they will continue into season 2 in October for their Halloween special episode, and possibly axe the review series if things take a turn for the worse. So if this interested you, come back on Halloween to see the second season review, and if you can’t wait that long you can hear our silly voices again next week when we cover Stranger Things Season 4 Volume 2!

#107 - WHY ARE ALL THESE TWITCH STREAMERS HERE - Free Guy (2021) Review & Discussion THIS WEEK DA BINGE BOIS ARE ENTERING THE METAVERSE, as we get ready to discuss the Ryan Reynolds movie starring Ryan Reynolds as a guy that acts exactly like Ryan Reynolds, Free Guy! While Enrique and Eli never thought that they were going to have to watch this movie, it turns out Tristan decided he was going to be an agent of chaos and place the Deadpool star’s latest movie into the list of movies we have to watch. During the discussion of Free Guy and the Blue Shirt Guy antics, Enrique gets upset over the non-realistic manner of which mainstream media cares about a player within a video game, Da Bois point out the cameos of Ninja, Pokimane, DanTDM, JackSepticEye, and many other YouTube and Twitch video game streamers, and Tristan defends his love of this movie with his entire heart and soul. Next week, Da Binge Bois will return to cover the next show in the show list which is Paraíso (Paradise in English) which is basically Spanish Stranger Things! Come hang out next week or wait two weeks and hear our thoughts on actual Stranger Things!
