#087: Taking the Shame out of Anger with Alwynn In this episode we chat with Alwynn, a mumma who had to climb her way out of a pit of projected anger, shame and despair in order to become the mother she wished she could be and stay alive for her children. Her story is about absolute imperfection and honouring mother's in every walk of life because "bad mother's" are only wounded little girls who never experienced safety or the love they deserved. If you have every felt lonely or guilty about the anger you have experienced in Motherhood then this episode is for you! Alwynn shares with such vulnerability, and so truthfully about her parenting struggles and journey through trauma.
