Dipping into freedom, awakening your senses. A momentary pause to let go of this 'groundhog day' experience many of us are experiencing amidst this global pandemic and these changing times."This groundhog day can really affect the imagination. How can we cultivate some greater imagination and a sensorial experience that comes from within us?"www.JulieinConversation.comOn February 18th to join me as a guest with LMFT, Alane Freund, talking about Emotional, Reactive, and Empathic Kids.https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ayhs-parenting-sensitivity-emotional-reactive-and-empathic-kids-tickets-253260899167https://www.eventbrite.com/e/ayhs-parenting-sensitivity-emotional-reactive-and-empathic-kids-tickets-253260899167
Take some time out before you get on with your day. A time to pause, breathe, feel and then move on, more grounded, more open. Taking a moment to pause, feel, connect, ground, anchor as things swirl and change and move and demand my attention. It makes a whole difference in the nervous system when we take these breaks.
Music and meditation and being here now with you, for yourself. Presence, music, meditation.
