Many have the desire and intention to practice meditation on a daily basis, given the multitude of benefits to our bodies, minds, and emotions. However, it can be difficult to do the traditional style of meditation that involves silence and clearing the mind. This is where guided mindful meditation can come in. A guided practice can provide an object of focus and a direction to follow. In doing so, one can build the skill of mindfulness, or the ability to be aware, present, and accepting of one's current reality, whatever that may be. << Show Less
