091: Three-Belief Practice with Aaron Abke Join us in the next episode of the Our Daily Magic Podcast (LIVE from the Facebook Group and Youtube) as "I am Magickai" aka Kaí and Dell Henderson aka "The True Essence Connector" will be interviewing Aaron Abke.
Aaron was born in the Silicon Valley of California and was raised as a Pastor’s Son. He desired to work in Church Ministry like his father and went to college at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma, graduating with a bachelor's degree in Music and Theology. He spent one year working as a full-time worship pastor at a church in San Jose until eventually, at 23, he felt called to leave his religion and pursue a deeper and more authentic spirituality.
At 27 years old, Aaron had a dramatic spiritual awakening that changed the course of his life. He was working as a signed Fitness Model in San Francisco and competing at the National level in men’s bodybuilding at the time, and completely walked out of his former life to dedicate his life to seeking how to return to that state of Self-Realization permanently.
Aaron’s passion is teaching Unity Consciousness and Spiritual Awakening with the world, and he does so today via YouTube, Social Media, MasterClasses and Workshops, primarily teaching through texts such as "A Course In Miracles" and "The Law of One". Aaron believes that Unity Consciousness and freedom from the Ego is the next evolutionary leap for mankind and is available for anyone who truly desires it.

Dell adds what he thinks (42:50). They then proceed to talk about being free by relinquishing unnecessary thoughts, where Kai shares her experience (46:03).
A comment from an audience opens a conversation about the relationship between ego and fear (54:32). Aaron quotes A Course In Miracles defining ego is the "belief in separation". He further elaborated the quote relating it to fear.
Dell opens up the question about God and evil (56:30) where Aaron goes on to explain all about the truth of oneness (57:20). Dell further adds that you cannot experience the fullness of God without experiencing the other side of it.

Sandie Gascon is a Health Coach who has helped guide hundreds of people from over twenty-five countries on their healing journey. After suffering severe side effects from medications during her twenty-year battle with chronic migraines, when she was diagnosed with Lupus she committed herself to heal naturally.
Through her experiences, she developed a whole body, mind, and spirit approach that addresses the person in a truly holistic manner. She takes the guesswork out of the equation by running functional lab work to see what the body needs.
She healed herself of migraines, depression, lupus, interstitial cystitis, and cystic acne. Her purpose is to help educate others on the importance of shifting focus to rebuilding and rebalancing the body and removing internal and external stress so the body can heal itself.

The episode started with Dell asking Sandie on how she started her journey that lead her to become a health coach where she iterated, "it doesn't have to be what she went through" (8:45). She then went through her medical history and shared how listening to a certain podcast changed everything (10;39). Dell was curious what podcast was it (13:52).
Kai asks what are some of the little known spiritual aspect that people can integrate into a healthy lifestyle (15:46) where Sandie shares that focusing on our passion is a major aspect. Dell asks about the root stuff she had to battle within her to attain balance for her healing (17:23). She shares her journey with supplements and mentions that supplements are not magic and the magic is the work we do on ourselves (21:33).
Dell probes more on the balance and acceptance (25:13) where Sandie says that it's where faith do its magic. Dell then mentions Abraham Hicks and the Law of Attraction (27:21) where Sandie shares she has a section in her book about it called The Stages of Consciousness. She further explained these stages.
Dell opens up a conversation about fibromyalgia (33:25) where Sandie proposed another way to deal with the illness from her book. Kai further explores the topic on epigenetics (39:44) and quantum healing (41:21). They then discuss Sandie's holistic healing practices. They then move on to talk about Sandie's Integrative Healing Academy and what she teaches there (56:01).

Amy Edelstein is an educator, author, and nonprofit leader. She is a powerful communicator of ideas and beliefs that can help us transform ourselves and the culture we live in. In 2014, Amy founded Inner Strength Education, a non-profit organization that has empowered 17,000 inner-city teens in mindfulness and systems thinking.
Amy began her own mindfulness practice in 1978 and has been an avid practitioner, researcher, teacher, and author of transformative tools and practices. She received a Philadelphia Social Innovation Award for her organization’s work in Violence Reduction.
Amy is a Cornell University College Scholar, cofounder of the learning platform Emergence Education, and author of six books including the award-winning, bestseller The Conscious Classroom.

The episode started with Amy sharing her "daily magic" in life (4:36). Dell points out the profoundness of her philosophies (6:49) and adds that people tend to create changes based from the mind and not from the heart. Amy agrees (7:25 ) and adds that there are a lot of good people out there but are manipulated by the world where it makes them see the worst of another.
When Amy mentions that she stayed in India for four years (17:43), Dell was curious of the mystical events she experienced (18:54), as he knows India is a place full of mystical events. She shares some of what she went through but says that India is a different place now compared to 40 years ago.
Kai opens up the topic on violence (24:02), where she asks on how she cultivates a violence reduction mindset. Amy says that her first priority is gun ban, as this is usually the start of violence in the country. She then shares about her experience with a young woman (26:59). Dell was amazed by the story, and says that we all should be like the girl.
Kai then shifts the conversation, asking about her daily practices for herself (30:37) where Amy opens up about doing a meditation called open awareness. She then gave a sample meditation for the couple and for the listeners as well.
Dell opens up about the recent school shooting and how he felt fear as a parent (36:19) and asks Amy's message with regards to the grievance of of losing a child.
Dell then shifts the conversation to Amy's adventures in the Himalayas (47:06) in her four-year stay in India and how it lead her to write the book, Adventure in Zanskar. Kai was then curious on what made her decide that she's ready to come home (52:26).
Amy proceeds to encourage everyone that if the spirit of adventuring (54:35) is knocking, it's better to open the door and give in. She shares that one of the most important lessons she learned is that it will get us out from the tracks we believe we are on.

087: A Moment on the Buffalo Shooting Incident Join us in the next episode of the Our Daily Magic Podcast (LIVE from the Facebook Group and Youtube) with "I am Magickai" aka Kaí and Dell Henderson aka "The True Essence Connector" as they talk about the recent Buffalo shooting.
The episode started with our hosts playing a news coverage about the shooting incident at a supermarket. Dell talks about our individual awakening which affects the world around us, and that we are connected to each other more than we know. He adds that the perpetrator was conditioned to believe life in a certain way which caused him to carry out the deed.
This may be a hate crime, but this awakens more people being tired of this and is starting to promote equality regardless of gender, race, and religion. Dell believes that this is an opportunity for people to show that we're all in this together. We are all created equal, God loves us equally and we should be aware of that. Life forces us to lose the connectedness that we had from our childhood, replaced by the things we pick up around us. The world we want to create starts within us.
A video of President Biden's speech regarding the incident was then played. Dell comments that we should learn from our experience that there are infinite ways to deal with a problem. He adds that God does not create problems that have no solution. Kai shares her own view that a problem remains a problem if you regard it that way.

The episode started with Dell sharing a TikTok video (3:45) on how each of us has different beliefs on how we came into being. He stresses out that one belief which carves our path may work on someone but might not work with another. Kai shares her thoughts about these beliefs (12:36).
Dell shifts the conversation to truths (21:46). According to him, the truths we hold on to always expands. Kai, on the other hand, says she doesn't label anything as truth (23:05), since she consider all things truth in their own ways.
They move the conversation to relationships, where one's habit harms the whole relationship and the other is afraid to speak up (31:07). Kai shares how she feels about the topic and how it applies to their relationship (34:23). Dell then discusses the importance of having a conversation about it (37:59).
A question from a viewer moved the conversation to opening up our vulnerabilities to the universe (40:29) and Kai shares what she does regarding her own vulnerabilities (41:29) and the importance on how we deal with our inner child.

She further shares about fears and boundaries and how Samuels helped Dell explore these things.

084: Love on Every Billboard with John Pogachar Join us for the next episode of the Our Daily Magic Podcast
(LIVE from the Facebook Group) as "I am Magickai" aka Kaí and Dell Henderson aka The True Essence Connector will be interviewing John Pogachar.
John was persistently doing the inner work and a question emerged: "wouldn't it be amazing to buy a billboard without it needing to sell or promote anything except for love?"
The idea quickly gained momentum and multiplied from one billboard to five all around Spokane, Washington, and is now opening to a worldwide audience to join in the vision of having messages of truth all around us.
The episode started with Dell asking about John's journey and what led him to put love on every billboard (4:59). He then opens up about a video of John letting go of all his things to travel the world in return (18:40) where John details his adventures while living in his car. Dell follows with a question being curious on what led to this decision (20:55).
They then talk about John's book, and the story on how it was created (29:45). Kai asks for the most impactful quote from the book (35:21). His answer, which is listening to children on what they got to say got tears on Dell's eyes. Dell then asks on how to have fun in allowing everything to flow through us (43:17) where John shares his recommendations.
John was asked if everything in life is a manifestation (47:42) where he readily agrees. Dell then quotes Neale Donald Walsch about getting the opposite of what we wish for (48:13) where John answered with an Abraham Hicks quote saying hate is there to point us to love.
They closed the conversation with John sharing his message to the listeners (59:51).

083: The Will Smith - Chris Rock Incident Join us in the next episode of the Our Daily Magic Podcast with "I am Magickai" aka Kaí and Dell Henderson aka The True Essence Connector as they talk about the Will Smith - Chris Rock incident in the Oscar's and some of the deeper reasons why it happened.
Dell disagrees with people saying Jada is taking away Will's masculinity because she is toxic (30:15). Instead, Dell points out that it's more of a responsibility, where each of us has a choice on how we react to things.
Kai agrees and shares that it might be due to pressure on Will, not just from Jada but also from the people around him during that time (40:47). She goes on discussing about the possible repercussions on what happened.
