attachment We all want healthy attachment for our children. 

We want them to feel confident to take on challenges and know that there are loving arms waiting for them after their adventures and challenges.  But that can go a little wrong when our needs muscle in front of theirs. Yet, we can go their whole childhood without knowing we've muddled their needs with ours.

Building Relational Bonds There's always a clue behind the angst - but have we got time to explore it?

One little micro-change in how you respond to your kids will take you on a trajectory towards good relationship: Where there is understanding there can be empathy - Where there is empathy there is connection.

It's easy when you know how.  The alternative? - missing the vital clues and teaching our kids to keep their feelings to themselves - that causes disconnect!!
