Hip Openers, Side Bends, and Sundial Pose -- 30 Minutes Sundial is one of those asanas we don't do very often -- it's a little complex, a little awkward...but the pose itself is actuall not that difficult and getting there takes us through some great hip and side body opening.
It's a good practice in not judging by appearances and being open to possibility, too.

Stepping Backward for Better Balance - 30 Minutes Moving our bodies in all directions helps develop proprioception, focus, and coordination. Also, wow...your legs and core are gonna feel this.
Look Forward, Step Lightly - 30 Minutes If you want to get better at vinyasa transitions: look forward, lead with your heart (physically), and learn how to shift your weight strategically.
Oh, and your core...you'll find that with this one. For sure.
