Tribute to Joey De Anda The Santa Barbara County Fire Department is mourning the loss of one of its own.

Joey De Anda from San Luis Obispo was killed in a skiing accident at China Peak Saturday.

Up and Adam listener, Alex knew Joey, and called to pay tribute to his friend. Our hearts go out to his fiance, his family, and his friends.

Best Christmas Lights in SLO! SLO residents Wayne and his wife Leslie have perhaps the greatest Christmas light display around. Their house, located at 1902 Chorro St., has an unimaginebale amount of lights and displays, all completely customized and arranged to your favorite Christmas music. You have to get the fam in the car and check it out. Listen to Wayne explain how it started, how long it takes to set up, and how far he's come, nearly 40,000 lights later! Check it out!
Could SLO Have a White Christmas?? Meteorologist John Lindsey was Up & Adam this morning to talk all about the multiple storms, wind, and rain we have to expect in the days before Christmas, including snow levels far below normal.
